Este é um estudo multicasos e biográfico, realizado por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Dentre os resultados, pode-se destacar as seguintes inovações nas aulas: diversificação de conteúdos e estratégias metodológicas, a inserção de badminton e a criação de turmas de treinamento, a utilização de videogame e a criação de uma sala de jogos na escola. Ao longo de suas trajetórias profissionais, estes docentes buscaram expandir seus conhecimentos e competências, agindo como experts adaptativos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este estudio tiene como objetivo describir y analysar las trayectorias formativas y las prácticas pedagógicas declaradas de los maestros de Educación Física que buscan innovar en sus classes. Este es un estudio de casos múltiples y biográfico, realizado a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas. Destacan las innovaciones en clases: diversificación de contenidos y estrategias metodológicas, la inserción del bádminton y la creación de clases de entrenamiento, el uso de videojuegos y la creación de una sala de juegos en la escuela. A lo largo de sus trayectorias profesionales, estos docentes buscaron ampliar sus conocimientos y habilidades, actuando como expertos adaptativos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the teacher education trajectories and the declared pedagogical practices of Physical Education teachers that seek to innovate in their classes. This is a multi-case and biographical study, carried out semi-structured interviews. Among the results, the following innovations in the classroom can be highlighted: diversification of content and methodological strategies, the insertion of badminton and training classes, the use of video games and the creation of a games room at the school. Throughout their professional trajectories, these teachers sought to expand their knowledge and skills, acting as adaptive experts.]]></p></abstract>
