A pesquisa apresentada neste artigo propôs-se a analisar a concepção, os processos e a constituição da identidade da docência inovadora de um grupo de professores que atua nos anos iniciais do ensino. O estudo se pautou na abordagem teórico metodológica da pesquisa narrativa autobiográfica de formação, segundo os materiais de Abrahão (2003, 2011), Josso (2004, 2010) e Delory Momberger (2006). Contou com três etapas por meio de questionários, entrevistas e encontros formativos. Para tanto, são investigados os elementos constituintes da identidade docente segundo Huberman (1995), Marcelo Garcia (2009), Pimenta (1999) e outros que, em interação com narrativas dos docentes na pesquisa, possibilitaram através da escuta de si e do outro a ressignificação da constituição da identidade da docência inovadora aos sujeitos da investigação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The school innovation faced to the contemporary sociocultural changes has been a challenge for schools, especially for teachers who work in daily school life. The research presented in this paper aimed to analyze the conception, the processes and constitution of the identity of innovative teaching of a group of teachers. This group teaches for early years of teaching. The research was based on the theoretical methodological approach of the autobiographical narrative research of formation according to the studies by Abrahão (2003, 2011), Josso (2004, 2010) and Delory Momberger (2006). It was carried out in three stages, through questionnaires, interviews and training meetings. In this paper, constituent elements of the teacher's identity are analyzed according to Huberman (1995), Marcelo Garcia (2009), Pimenta (1999) and others, who, in interaction with the narratives of the teachers in the research, made it possible, through listening themselves and the other, to resignify the constitution of the identity of innovative teaching to research subjects.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: La innovación escolar frente a los cambios socioculturales contemporáneos ha sido un desafío para las escuelas, especialmente para los maestros que trabajan en la vida escolar diaria. La investigación presentada en este artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar la concepción, los procesos y constitución de la identidad de la docencia innovadora de un grupo de maestros. Este grupo trabaja en los primeros años de docencia La investigación se basó en el enfoque teórico metodológico de la investigación narrativa autobiográfica de la formación según los estudios de Abrahão (2003, 2011), Josso (2004, 2010) y Delory Momberger (2006). Se llevó a cabo en tres etapas, a través de cuestionarios, entrevistas y reuniones de capacitación. En este artículo se analizan elementos constitutivos de la identidad del maestro según Huberman (1995), Marcelo García (2009), Pimenta (1999) y otros, quienes, en interacción con las narrativas de los maestros en la investigación, hicieron posible, a través de la escucha de sí mismos y del otro, resignificar la constitución de la identidad de la docencia innovadora a los sujetos de investigación.]]></p></abstract>
