Considera a import&#226;ncia educacional e social estrat&#233;gica da forma&#231;&#227;o de bons professores para a Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica, e a necessidade de rever a forma&#231;&#227;o e atua&#231;&#227;o de professores do Ensino Superior - sobretudo os que atuam em cursos de licenciaturas e de magist&#233;rio - para adequ&#225;-los a novas propostas de forma&#231;&#227;o. Reflete sobre a forma&#231;&#227;o do docente universit&#225;rio para o uso de redes sociais como possibilidade de maior intercomunica&#231;&#227;o entre professores e alunos. Discute a amplia&#231;&#227;o os usos dessas redes para forma&#231;&#245;es transdisciplinares nas universidades: formando redes de professores; integrando participantes de cursos presenciais e a dist&#226;ncia e ampliando o c&#237;rculo de atua&#231;&#227;o das universidades por meio de redes que alcancem diversos outros segmentos da sociedade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article deals with the urgent need of planning and implementation of innovative proposals for the teachers' and professors' training for all educational levels. It considers the strategic importance of educational and social training of good teachers for the primary and high school and the need to rethink the training and practice of professors for graduation courses to adequate them to new professional proposals. It reflects on the training of professors to use social networks as a possible way to intermediate the communication between professors and students. It amplifies the uses of these networks to trans-disciplinary training on universities, as: training networks of professors; integrating participants of traditional courses with aspects of the distance learning and amplifying the practice network of the universities, to achieve several other segments of society.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En este art&#237;culo se aborda la necesidad urgente de la planificaci&#243;n y la implementaci&#243;n de enfoques innovadores para la formaci&#243;n de profesores para todos los niveles de ense&#241;anza. Considera la importancia estrat&#233;gica de la formaci&#243;n educativa y social de los Buenos maestros para la educaci&#243;n b&#225;sica y la necesidad de revisar la formaci&#243;n y las atividades de los profesores universitarios - especialmente aquellos que trabajan en los cursos de Licenciaturas y Magisterio - para adaptarse a las nuevas propuestas de formaci&#243;n. Reflexiona sobre la formaci&#243;n de los docentes universitarios en el uso de las redes sociales como la posibilidad de una mayor intercomunicaci&#243;n entre profesores y estudiantes. Se expande el uso de estas redes para la formaci&#243;n transdisciplinar en las universidades: creando redes de formaci&#243;n de profesores; la integraci&#243;n de los participantes de los cursos presenciales y a distancia, y ampliando el c&#237;rculo de la actuaci&#243;n de las universidades en las redes que llegan a muchos otros sectores de la sociedad.]]></p></abstract>
