O mesmo, para tanto, faz uma an&#225;lise de caso mobilizando um referencial sociol&#243;gico que procura apreender a indisciplina, n&#227;o somente como forma de transgress&#227;o &#224; norma, mas como um valor que traciona condutas de riscos da parte do alunado. O contr&#225;rio da apatia e do &#226;nimo morno, as condutas de risco colocam acento sobre experi&#234;ncias em que os indiv&#237;duos se mostram mais dispostos a lan&#231;ar o seu pr&#243;prio corpo a se colocarem enfim em risco, perigo - em nome de um processo identit&#225;rio constitu&#237;do contra a escola, ainda que permane&#231;am em meio a ela. Problematiza-se tamb&#233;m a ideia de justi&#231;a social operada pela escola quando a indisciplina pertence ao seu meio.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article presents the description and the analysis of a scholar situation regarding indiscipline. It analyzes a case study, mobilizing a sociological reference that tries to seize indiscipline not only as a norm transgression, but as a value that tractions risk behaviors on the student's part. Contrary to apathy and to the stale mood, the risky conducts accentuate experiences in which individuals seem to be more willing to hurl their own bodies - to put themselves finally at risk, in danger - in the name of an identity process formed against the school, even upon their permanence in it.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El art&#237;culo presenta una descripci&#243;n y an&#225;lisis de una situaci&#243;n escolar con respecto a la indisciplina. Lo mismo, por lo tanto, hace un an&#225;lisis de caso utilizando de un marco sociol&#243;gico que busca captar la disciplina, no s&#243;lo como una forma de transgresi&#243;n de la regla, sino como un valor que desencadena los comportamientos de riesgo por parte de los estudiantes. Lo contrario de la apat&#237;a y del amor c&#225;lido, los comportamientos de riesgo ponen &#233;nfasis en las experiencias en las que las personas est&#225;n m&#225;s dispuestas a poner en marcha su propio cuerpo - a ponerse en riesgo, peligro - en nombre de un proceso de identificaci&#243;n consistente contra la escuela, aunque se mantienen en medio de ella. Tambi&#233;n se discute la idea de la justicia social operada por la escuela cuando la indisciplina pertenece a su medio.]]></p></abstract>
