Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa de cunho quantitativo, por meio da técnica do Fator de Componentes Principais (FCP), da Análise Exploratória de Dados Espaciais (AEDE) e da Regressão Ponderada Geograficamente (RPG). Os resultados indicam que o conhecimento docente é fundamental para a qualidade da educação, uma vez que o professor é o responsável por transmitir o conhecimento aos alunos, podendo influenciar positivamente ou negativamente o processo educativo. Assim como, não se pode deixar de tratar das mudanças podem ocorrer com a implementação da Lei nº 13.415/17. Conclui-se que é necessário entender as contrarreformas para dar voz aqueles que são participes do processo e tem outras perspectivas sobre a legislação proposta.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article aims to present the importance of the teacher's knowledge in the quality of education in secondary education, considering the local influence. For this, a quantitative research was carried out, using the Principal Component Factor (PCF) technique, Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). The results indicate that teaching knowledge is fundamental for the quality of education, since the teacher is responsible for transmitting knowledge to students, which can positively or negatively influence the educational process. Likewise, one cannot fail to address the changes that may occur with the implementation of Law Nº 13.415/17. It is concluded that it is necessary to understand the counter-reforms to give voice to those who are participants in the process and have other perspectives on the proposed legislation.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar la importancia del conocimiento docente en la calidad de la educación en la educación secundaria, considerando la influencia local. Para ello, se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, utilizando la técnica del Factor de Componentes Principales (PCF), Análisis Exploratorio de Datos Espaciales (AEDE) y Regresión Geográficamente Ponderada (RGP). Los resultados indican que la conocimiento del maestro es fundamental para la calidad de la educación, ya que el docente es el responsable de transmitir conocimientos a los estudiantes, lo que puede influir positiva o negativamente en el proceso educativo. Asimismo, no se puede dejar de abordar los cambios que pueden ocurrir con la implementación de la Ley N° 13.415/17. Se concluye que es necesario comprender las contrarreformas para dar voz a quienes son partícipes del proceso y tienen otras perspectivas sobre la legislación propuesta.]]></p></abstract>
