Deste modo, via este trabalho objetiva-se apresentar a revisão de escopo de estudos realizados no período de 2010 a 2020 que avaliaram a qualidade de vida de docentes brasileiros com o instrumento chamado WHOQOL-BREF, seguida de reflexões envolvendo o paradigma da complexidade e a formação continuada como dinamizadores de melhora da qualidade de vida dos professores. A investigação tem enquadramento teórico-bibliográfico reflexivo e propositivo, identifica um rol de pesquisas, analisa-as em dialogicidade com o referencial da complexidade e inova ao propor uma ação formativa diferenciada para atuar na natureza da problemática. Os resultados dos estudos incluídos na revisão mostraram que os maiores níveis de insatisfação encontram-se no domínio físico, com escores entre 57,1 e 69,3, e no meio ambiente, com escores entre 53,1 e 73,1. O domínio das relações sociais, com escores entre 68,7 e 75,4, e o domínio psicológico, com escores entre 63,8 e 73,1, apresentaram os maiores níveis de satisfação. Conclui-se que percepção da qualidade de vida dos docentes da educação básica precisa melhorar, sendo o paradigma da complexidade um aliado para desenvolver formações continuadas envolvendo o universo de totalidade e interconexão de diversos domínios, como físico, psicológico, meio ambiente, social e a qualidade de vida no geral.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract With the precariousness of work and changes in the field of education, the perception of dissatisfaction with their quality of life has increased among basic education teachers. Thus, through this work, the objective is to present a review of the scope of studies carried out in the period from 2010 to 2020 that evaluated the quality of life of Brazilian teachers with the instrument called WHOQOL-BREF, followed by reflections involving the paradigm of complexity and the continuing education as drivers for improving the quality of life of teachers. The investigation has a reflective and propositional theoretical-bibliographical framework, identifies a list of researches, analyzes them in dialogicity with the reference of complexity and innovates by proposing a differentiated training action to act on the nature of the problem. The results of the studies included in the review showed that the highest levels of dissatisfaction were found in the physical domain, with scores between 57.1 and 69.3, and in the environment, with scores between 53.1 and 73.1. The domain of social relationships, with scores between 68.7 and 75.4, and the psychological domain, with scores between 63.8 and 73.1, showed the highest levels of satisfaction. It is concluded that the perception of the quality of life of basic education teachers needs to improve, with the paradigm of complexity being an ally to develop continuing education involving the universe of totality and interconnection of various domains, such as physical, psychological, environmental, social and quality of life in general.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Con la precariedad del trabajo y los cambios en el campo de la educación, la percepción de insatisfacción con su calidad de vida ha aumentado entre los docentes de educación básica. Así, a través de este trabajo, el objetivo es presentar una revisión del alcance de los estudios realizados en el período de 2010 a 2020 que evaluaron la calidad de vida de los docentes brasileños con el instrumento denominado WHOQOL-BREF, seguido de reflexiones que involucran el paradigma de complejidad y la formación continua como motores para mejorar la calidad de vida de los docentes. La investigación tiene un marco teórico-bibliográfico reflexivo y propositivo, identifica un listado de investigaciones, las analiza en dialogicidad con el referente de la complejidad e innova proponiendo una acción formativa diferenciada para actuar sobre la naturaleza del problema. Los resultados de los estudios incluidos en la revisión mostraron que los mayores niveles de insatisfacción se encontraron en el dominio físico, con puntajes entre 57,1 y 69,3, y en el medio ambiente, con puntajes entre 53,1 y 73,1. El dominio de las relaciones sociales, con puntajes entre 68,7 y 75,4, y el dominio psicológico, con puntajes entre 63,8 y 73,1, mostraron los niveles más altos de satisfacción. Se concluye que la percepción de la calidad de vida de los docentes de educación básica necesita mejorar, siendo el paradigma de la complejidad un aliado para desarrollar una educación permanente que involucre el universo de la totalidad y la interconexión de varios dominios, como el físico, psicológico, ambiental, social y calidad de vida en general.]]></p></abstract>
