Considera-se que a perspectiva da educação em direitos humanos na Amazônia paraense vai além da compreensão da educação enquanto direito focalizado apenas na inserção do sujeito na escola e a perspectiva de uma educação à florestania, que por meio de diálogos interculturais, se apresenta como constituidora e constituinte da cidadania planetária. Para isso, utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental como fontes teóricas e a técnica de análise de dados, a análise de conteúdo, de Bardin (2011). Os resultados sinalizam a aproximação da educação em direitos humanos com a lógica colonial e apresentam indícios de estarem sendo constituídas dentro de um sistema fechado, em razão da aparente superficialidade com que os diálogos interculturais têm sido erigidos. Evidencia-se a urgência em reconceitualizar a educação em direitos humanos na Amazônia paraense por meio da ótica da interculturalidade e da complexidade, nos documentos prescritos, que são bases para as ações do currículo vivido, para que, assim, a cidadania dos povos da floresta seja construída com base nas singularidades, ou seja, na florestania.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This work aims to analyze the documents, the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and the Curricular Document of the State of Pará - Secondary Education (DCEPA-EM), when dealing with human rights, in light of the critical intercultural perspective and complexity. It is considered that the perspective of education in human rights in the Amazon of Pará goes beyond the understanding of education as a right focused only on the insertion of the subject in school and the perspective of an education in forestry, which through intercultural dialogues, presents itself as constituting and constituent of planetary citizenship. For this, bibliographic and documentary research was used as theoretical sources and the data analysis technique, content analysis, by Bardin (2011). The results signal the rapprochement of human rights education with colonial logic and present signs of being constituted within a closed system, due to the apparent superficiality with which intercultural dialogues have been established. The urgency to reconceptualize education in human rights in the Amazon of Pará is evident through the perspective of interculturality and complexity, in the prescribed documents, which are the basis for the actions of the lived curriculum, so that, in this way, the citizenship of the people of the forest be built based on singularities, that is, on forestry.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar los documentos, la Base Curricular Común Nacional (BNCC) y el Documento Curricular del Estado de Pará - Educación Secundaria (DCEPA-EM), en el tratamiento de los derechos humanos, a la luz de la perspectiva crítica intercultural y de la complejidad. Se considera que la perspectiva de la educación en derechos humanos en la Amazonía de Pará va más allá de la comprensión de la educación como un derecho centrado únicamente en la inserción del sujeto en la escuela y la perspectiva de una educación forestal, que a través de diálogos interculturales, presente a sí misma como constitutiva y constituyente de la ciudadanía planetaria. Para ello se utilizó como fuentes teóricas la investigación bibliográfica y documental y la técnica de análisis de datos, análisis de contenido, de Bardin (2011). Los resultados señalan el acercamiento de la educación en derechos humanos a la lógica colonial y presentan signos de estar constituidas dentro de un sistema cerrado, debido a la aparente superficialidad con la que se han establecido los diálogos interculturales. La urgencia de reconceptualizar la educación en derechos humanos en la Amazonia de Pará se evidencia a través de la perspectiva de la interculturalidad y la complejidad, en los documentos prescritos, que son la base de las acciones del currículum vivido, para que, de esta manera, la ciudadanía de los pueblos del bosque se construyan a partir de singularidades, es decir, sobre la silvicultura.]]></p></abstract>
