Os procedimentos metodol&#243;gicos s&#227;o explorat&#243;rio-explicativos baseados em question&#225;rio tipo surveycustomizado para pesquisa-a&#231;&#227;o mediada por tecnologias em rede. A an&#225;lise por triangula&#231;&#227;o de fontes de dados evidencia, como resultado, que a performance docente necessitade flu&#234;nciatecnol&#243;gico-pedag&#243;gica, para o desenvolvimento de interatividade e intera&#231;&#227;o em Ambientes Virtuais de Ensino-Aprendizagem. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The main goal of this article is to analyze the faculty performance as a complex process in higher education mediated by the educational technology network. We elected the problem posing dialogue educational model from Paulo Freire and the Mediators Network theory of Bruno Latour as postulates of theoretical foundations. The methodological procedures are exploratory descriptive based on a questionnaire-like surveycustomized to action research mediated by technology network. The triangulation data analysis evince as a result that the faculty performance dispenses technological pedagogical fluency to the interactivity development and interaction in Teaching Learning in Virtual Environments. The conclusive emphasis indicates the necessity of investments in the continuous formation of professors to consolidate the integration of educational technology network and the convergence between modalities.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo del trabajo es analizar el rendimiento del cuerpo docente como un proceso com-plejo en la educaci&#243;n superior mediado por las tecnolog&#237;as educativas en red. Elegimos el di&#225;-logo problematizador de Paulo Freire y la teor&#237;a de la Red de Mediadores de Bruno Latour como postulados de fundamentos te&#243;ricos. Los procedimientos metodol&#243;gicos son explorato-rio descriptivo basados en cuestionarios tipo survey personalizados para investigaci&#243;n tipo acci&#243;n mediados por tecnolog&#237;as en red. El an&#225;lisis por la triangulaci&#243;n de datos comprob&#243; como resultado que el rendimiento del cuerpo docente exime fluidez tecnol&#243;gica pedag&#243;gica para el desarrollo de la interactividad e interacci&#243;n en Ambientes Virtuales de Ense&#241;anza y Aprendizaje. Cabe deducir enf&#225;ticamente que existe la necesidad de inversiones en la capaci-taci&#243;n continuada de profesores para la consolidaci&#243;n de la integraci&#243;n de tecnolog&#237;as educa-tivas en red y convergencia entre modalidades. ]]></p></abstract>
