Tem como objetivos: compreender a fun&#231;&#227;o do coordenador pedag&#243;gico e suas respectivas atribui&#231;&#245;es, identificar os principais dilemas e desafios do coordenador iniciante e reconhecer atrav&#233;s de suas percep&#231;&#245;es as marcas do seu trabalho no que se refere aos aspectos objetivos e subjetivos. A metodologia utilizada foi qualitativa e o instrumento de coleta de dados foram os di&#225;rios de aula, seguindo as orienta&#231;&#245;es de Zabalza. Para lidar com os dilemas da fun&#231;&#227;o, o coordenador precisa vencer desafios, como: aprimorar sua pr&#243;pria forma&#231;&#227;o, estabelecer rela&#231;&#245;es de harmonia, respeito e profissionalismo, construir um trabalho coletivo fundamentado na discuss&#227;o de ideias para mudar a cultura escolar sem imposi&#231;&#227;o, mas por necessidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The main question underlying this research concerns the role of the pedagogical coordinator, especially the beginner coordinator this function as well as its dilemmas and challenges. It aims at understanding the function of the pedagogical coordinator and their respective roles, identify the main dilemmas and challenges from beginner coordinator and recognize through their perceptions trademarks of their work in relation to the objective and subjective aspects. The methodology was qualitative and the data collection instrument were the daily class, following the guidelines of Zabalza. To address the role of dilemmas, the coordinator must overcome challenges as enhance their own training, establish harmonious relations, respect and professionalism, build a reasoned collective work discussion of ideas to change the school culture without imposing, but by necessity.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La principal cuesti&#243;n que subyace a esta investigaci&#243;n se centra en el papel del coordinador pedag&#243;gico, especialmente el novato en esta funci&#243;n, as&#237; como sus dilemas y desaf&#237;os. Su objetivo: entender el papel del coordinador pedag&#243;gico y sus respectivas funciones, para identificar los principales dilemas y desaf&#237;os de coordinador principiante y reconocen atrav&#233;s de sus percepciones marcas de su trabajo, ya que se refiere a los aspectos objetivos y subjetivos. La metodolog&#237;a fue cualitativa y el instrumento de recolecci&#243;n de datos fueron los diarios, siguiendo las directrices de Zabalza. Para hacer frente a la funci&#243;n de los dilemas, el coordinador debe superar retos como la mejora de su propia formaci&#243;n, establecer relaciones de armon&#237;a, respeto y profesionalismo, construir una obra colectiva razonada en la discusi&#243;n de las ideas para cambiar la cultura de la escuela, sin imponer, sino por necesidad.]]></p></abstract>
