O caminho percorrido passa pela discuss&#227;o da forma&#231;&#227;o de professores em servi&#231;o e focaliza, com maior &#234;nfase, os contextos social e hist&#243;rico em que as pol&#237;ticas de forma&#231;&#227;o de professores foram criadas. Busca-se extrair elementos que possibilitem refletir a centralidade da forma&#231;&#227;o acad&#234;mica inicial do pedagogo que atua no mercado de trabalho. Al&#233;m disso, pretende-se desvelar, por meio da forma&#231;&#227;o em servi&#231;o, os caminhos percorridos pelos sujeitos, suas expectativas e dificuldades enfrentadas, bem como os desafios da universidade como institui&#231;&#227;o promotora de forma&#231;&#227;o, destacando-se o trabalho dos professores e, desse modo, contribuir e assegurar a qualidade da forma&#231;&#227;o desses profissionais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In the present paper addresses the learning and teaching based on the educational experience lived by academics in formation in the National Plan of Teachers Formation in Basic Education - PARFOR, focusing on the pedagogy course offered by the Campus of Tocantin&#243;polis. The paths taken passes through the discussion of the teachers formation in service and focus, with greater emphasis, the social and historical contexts in which teachers formation policies were created. The aim is to extract elements that allow to reflect the centrality of the initial academic formation of the teacher who works in labor market. In addition, we intend to unveil, through formation in service, the paths taken by the subjects, their expectations and difficulties encountered, as well as the challenges of the university as institution promoting of formation, highlighting the work of the teachers and thereby contribute and ensure the quality of formation of these professionals.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En el presente art&#237;culo se aborda la ense&#241;anza y el aprendizaje basado en la experiencia educativa vivida por los acad&#233;micos en entrenamiento en el Plan Nacional de Educaci&#243;n B&#225;sica para la Formaci&#243;n de Docentes - PARFOR, centr&#225;ndose en curso pedagog&#237;a que ofrece el Campus de Tocantin&#243;polis. El camino recorrido pasa a trav&#233;s de la discusi&#243;n de la formaci&#243;n de profesores en el servicio y enfoques, con mayor &#233;nfasis, los contextos sociales e hist&#243;ricos en que se crearon las pol&#237;ticas de formaci&#243;n del profesorado. El objetivo es extraer elementos que permitan reflejar la centralidad de la formaci&#243;n acad&#233;mica inicial del maestro que opera en el mercado de trabajo. Adem&#225;s, se pretende revelar, a trav&#233;s de la capacitaci&#243;n en servicio, las rutas tomadas por los sujetos, sus expectativas y dificultades encontradas, as&#237; como los retos a la universidad como una instituci&#243;n promotor de la formaci&#243;n, destacando el trabajo de los profesores y, de ese modo, contribuir y garantizar la calidad de la formaci&#243;n de estos profesionales.]]></p></abstract>
