Outros acreditam unicamente na meritocracia que faz com que se "ven&#231;a" em raz&#227;o do seu pr&#243;prio esfor&#231;o, vontade e dedica&#231;&#227;o. No entanto, cada vez mais alunos de diferentes n&#237;veis socioecon&#244;micos e culturais se fazem presente no cotidiano escolar e aprender a trabalhar com essas quest&#245;es se torna uma necessidade para todos os professores. Assim, &#233; importante que o professor se abra para novas reflex&#245;es. Todavia, &#233; indispens&#225;vel que se tenha oportunidades para que essas reflex&#245;es aconte&#231;am, pois, os professores tamb&#233;m s&#227;o fruto de sua pr&#243;pria cultura. Portanto, cabe &#224; equipe diretiva e aos programas de governo a constru&#231;&#227;o desses espa&#231;os onde os professores poder&#227;o ter a oportunidade de (des)construir e (re)aprender, buscando um novo caminho com mais igualdade, oportunidade e justi&#231;a para todos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Education became public and free, but these achievements have generated situations that are hard to be managed, since many teachers do not know how to deal with the diversity now present in schools, because they were not prepared for it. Others believe only on meritocracy that allows people to "win" as a result of their own effort, will and dedication. However, more and more students from different socioeconomic and cultural levels are made present in everyday school life, learn to work with these issues becomes an obligation for all teachers. That said, it is necessary for the teacher to want to learn and to be open to new ideas. Still, it is necessary to provide the teacher with opportunities for these reflections to occur, for teachers are also the result of their own culture. So it is up to the directing team and to government programs to build these spaces where teachers may have the opportunity to (un)build and (re)learn, seeking a new path with greater equality, opportunity and justice for all.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La educaci&#243;n se convirti&#243; p&#250;blica y gratuita, pero estos logros han generado situaciones dif&#237;ciles a trabajar, ya que muchos profesores no saben c&#243;mo hacer frente a la diversidad presente en la escuela, ya que no estaban preparados. Otros creen &#250;nicamente en la meritocracia que hace usted "gana" por su propio esfuerzo, voluntad y dedicaci&#243;n. Sin embargo, m&#225;s y m&#225;s estudiantes de diferentes niveles socioecon&#243;micos y culturales se hacen presentes en la vida cotidiana de la escuela, aprenden a trabajar con estas cuestiones se convierte en una necesidad para todos los maestros. Por lo tanto, es necesario que el profesor quiera aprender, para abrir a nuevas formas de pensar. Sin embargo, debe tener oportunidades para estas reflexiones ocurrir porque los maestros son tambi&#233;n el fruto de su propia cultura. Por lo que corresponde al equipo de gesti&#243;n y programas de gobierno para construir estos espacios donde los maestros pueden tener la oportunidad de (de) construcci&#243;n y ( re) aprender, buscar un nuevo camino hacia la igualdad mayor, oportunidad y justicia para todos.]]></p></abstract>
