Foi desenvolvida com base no paradigma interpretativo-idealista, utilizando o m&#233;todo indutivo para a discuss&#227;o, tendo os dados baseados em entrevistas, na aplica&#231;&#227;o de question&#225;rios e na observa&#231;&#227;o da pr&#225;xis da autora. Na ocasi&#227;o da migra&#231;&#227;o do curr&#237;culo por disciplinas para uma estrutura&#231;&#227;o curricular por compet&#234;ncias, as discuss&#245;es do corpo docente do Curso T&#233;cnico em Turismo apontaram para a necessidade de levar os alunos a campo, mostrando a pr&#225;tica profissional in loco e inserindo uma estrat&#233;gia metodol&#243;gica vinculada ao conceito de Turismo Pedag&#243;gico. Desde ent&#227;o, adotou-se as "sa&#237;das t&#233;cnicas" n&#227;o como atividade complementar, mas como parte integrante da metodologia de ensino no curso, para oportunizar situa&#231;&#245;es-problema que aproximem o aluno da realidade da profiss&#227;o escolhida. Transcorridos tr&#234;s anos da implementa&#231;&#227;o desta metodologia, a inten&#231;&#227;o &#233; de avalia&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica, apontando vantagens, desvantagens e a percep&#231;&#227;o de alunos, professores e gestores das Escolas envolvidas no processo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The article focuses on the discussion about the teaching experience of exploring the pedagogical tourism in the technical and professional teaching of Tourism accomplished through the case study of the Technical Course in Tourism held in the State Technical School S&#227;o Jo&#227;o Batista and decentralized classes. It was all developed based on the interpretative-idealistic paradigm, using the inductive method for discussion, having the data based on interviews, questionnaires and on the author&#180;s praxis observation. When there was a change from the school curriculum divided in school subjects to a new curricular structure per skills, the teachers discussions pointed at the need of taking the students to field, showing the professional practice in loco and inserting a methodological strategy linked to the concept of Pedagogical Tourism. Since then, it was adopted the "technical field trips" not as an additional activity, but as part of the course teaching methodology, in order to create situations which made the student closer to the chosen professional reality. Three years after this methodology implementation, the goal is a pedagogical evaluation, pointing at advantages, disadvantages and the perceptions of students, teachers and school managers involved in the process.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El trabajo concentra en la discusi&#243;n acerca la experiencia did&#225;ctica de la pesquisa del turismo pedag&#243;gico en la ense&#241;anza t&#233;cnico-profesional del Turismo que se ha realizado a trav&#233;s del estudio de caso en el Curso T&#233;cnico en Turismo de la Escuela Estadual S&#227;o Jo&#227;o Batista y Clases Descentralizadas. Se ha desarrollado basada en el paradigma interpretativo-idealista, utilizando el m&#233;todo inductivo para la discusi&#243;n, teniendo los datos basados en entrevistas, aplicaciones de cuestionarios y en la observaci&#243;n del praxis de la autora. En el momento de la migraci&#243;n del curr&#237;culo por clases para una estructuraci&#243;n curricular por competencia, las discusiones del cuerpo docente del Curso T&#233;cnico en Turismo han apuntado hacia la necesidad de llevar nos alumnos al campo, les indicando la pr&#225;ctica profesional in loco e insertando una estrategia metodol&#243;gica atada al concepto del Turismo Pedag&#243;gico. Desde entonces, se ha adaptado lo que se llama "salidas t&#233;cnicas" no apenas como actividades complementares, pero como parte integrante de la metodolog&#237;a de la ense&#241;anza del curso, para proveer situaciones-problema que pueden acercar el alumno del contexto de la profesi&#243;n elegida. Transcurridos tres a&#241;os de la implementaci&#243;n del m&#233;todo, la intenci&#243;n es de una evaluaci&#243;n pedag&#243;gica, apuntando ventajas, desventajas y la percepci&#243;n de alumnos, profesores y gestores de las Escuelas envueltas en el proceso.]]></p></abstract>
