O objetivo com este exerc&#237;cio narrativo foi o de contar as primeiras experi&#234;ncias pedag&#243;gicas como professor em um curso de Especializa&#231;&#227;o em uma Institui&#231;&#227;o de Ensino Superior e, posteriormente, de anatomia humana no curso T&#233;cnico Profissionalizante, entre os anos de 2007 e 2009. Para tanto, trago relatos de uma experi&#234;ncia vivida no in&#237;cio da carreira profissional como docente, relatando como o processo produtivo da experi&#234;ncia (que &#233; sempre negativa) me levaram a refletir e a repensar o meu agir pedag&#243;gico. Como se deu, a partir do saber da experi&#234;ncia, a constru&#231;&#227;o do EU professor e, consequentemente, o giro epistemol&#243;gico na minha pr&#225;tica educativa com a (re)constru&#231;&#227;o da minha profissionalidade. Este ensaio apoia-se em autores pertinentes &#224; tem&#225;tica da forma&#231;&#227;o professores e da experi&#234;ncia e do saber da experi&#234;ncia, tais como Sacrist&#225;n, Garc&#237;a, Larrosa e Gadamer.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This essay is part of a paper presented at the seminar "For a hermeneutics of experience: approximation between Nietzsche and Foucault", performed during the doctoral sandwich period in Universidad Nacional de La Plata/Argentina, in 2010. The aim of this exercise was the narrative to tell the first teaching experience as a teacher in a specialization course in a higher education institution and subsequently of human anatomy in the course Technical education, between the years 2007 and 2009. Therefore, bring reports of an experience at the start of professional career as a teacher, reporting as the production process of experience (which is always negative) led me to reflect and rethink my pedagogical action. How did from the knowledge of experience, the construction of the US teacher and consequently the epistemological turning in my educational practice with the (re)construction of my professionalism. This essay is based by relevant authors to the issue of teacher training and experience and knowledge of the experience, such as Sacrist&#225;n, Garc&#237;a, Larrosa and Gadamer.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este ensayo es parte de un documento presentado en el seminario: Por una hermen&#233;utica de la experiencia: aproximaci&#243;n entre Nietzsche y Foucault, realizado durante el sandwich de doctorado de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata/Argentina, en 2010. El objetivo de este ejercicio fue la narrativa para contar la primera experiencia docente como profesor en un curso de especializaci&#243;n en una instituci&#243;n de educaci&#243;n superior y m&#225;s tarde, en el curso de la anatom&#237;a humana en una escuela t&#233;cnica profesional, entre los a&#241;os 2007 y 2009. Por lo tanto, llevar informes de una experiencia en el inicio de su carrera profesional como profesor, la presentaci&#243;n de informes como el proceso de producci&#243;n de la experiencia (que siempre es negativo) me llev&#243; a reflexionar y reconsiderar mi acci&#243;n pedag&#243;gica. C&#243;mo lo hizo desde el conocimiento de la experiencia, la construcci&#243;n del profesor y por lo tanto el giro epistemol&#243;gico en mi pr&#225;ctica educativa con la (re)construcci&#243;n de mi profesionalidad.
