Essas introduzem um modelo de gestão empresarial nos serviços públicos, através de uma concepção mercantilista da educação baseada na lógica neoliberal. Para tal, apontamos a Política de Fomento à Implementação de Escolas de Ensino Médio e o debate em relação às concepções de Educação Integral e Tempo Integral. Também contextualizamos a política do EMTI dentro da reforma do Ensino Médio, apresentando suas principais alterações, a perspectiva gerencialista e a articulação com o setor privado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article proposes an analysis related to the proposal for a Full-Time High School, one of the axes of the New High School, established by Law 13.415/2017 and Management Policies. These introduce a managerial model in public services, through a mercantilist conception of education based on neoliberal logic. To this end, we point out the Policy to Promote the Implementation of High Schools and the debate related to the Integral Education and Integral Time concepts. We also contextualized the EMTI policy within the High School Education reform, presenting its main changes, the managerial perspective, and the articulation with the private sector.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo propone un análisis en relación con la propuesta de la Escuela de Bachillerato en Tiempo Integral, uno de los ejes del Nuevo Bachillerato, instituido por la ley 13.415/2017 y a las Políticas Gerencialistas. Esas introducen un modelo de gestión empresarial en los servicios públicos, a través de una concepción mercantilista de la educación basada en la lógica neoliberal. Para tal, apuntamos la Política de Fomento a la Implementación de Escuelas de bachillerato y el debate en relación con las concepciones de Educación Integral y Tiempo Integral. También contextualizamos la política del EMTI dentro de la reforma del bachillerato, presentando sus principales alteraciones, la perspectiva gerencialista y la articulación con el sector privado.]]></p></abstract>
