A análise documental foi realizada nesse Documento visando investigar o viés de inovação apresentado e suas implicações na reestruturação dos currículos escolares. Na análise dos achados, a partir da Análise Textual Discursiva, iniciada com as categorias a priori currículo e inovação pedagógica, e a categoria emergente competência, constatou-se que a perspectiva de inovação que permeia o Documento é a de viés preponderantemente tecnológico com a intencionalidade de regulação, homogeneização e atendimento à demanda capitalista que invade o campo educacional. Pelos resultados obtidos pode-se dizer que a BNCC apresenta a inovação regulatória que vai ao encontro da proposta pautada na Pedagogia das Competências. Essa perspectiva de padronização e homogeneização curricular, que preconiza uma educação tecnicista e que atende a um ideário de formação para o atendimento à demanda de mercado, é a visão neoliberal de educação que avança sobre a escola pública com fins de privatização. Compreende-se a necessidade ressignificar e contextualizar a BNCC como forma de resistir a esse projeto de educação neoliberal.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In this text, the perspective of pedagogical innovation brought by the BNCC is presented based on the analysis of the competences that constitute the aforementioned normative document of the current curriculum policy. The document analysis was carried out in this Document aiming to investigate the innovation bias presented and its implications in the restructuring of school curricula. In the analysis of the findings, from the Textual Discursive Analysis, starting with the a priori categories curriculum and pedagogical innovation, and the emerging category of competence, it was found that the perspective of innovation that permeates the Document is that of a predominantly technological bias with intentionality of regulation, homogenization and meeting the capitalist demand that invades the educational field. From the results obtained, it can be said that BNCC presents the regulatory innovation that meets the proposal based on the Pedagogy of Competences. This perspective of curricular standardization and homogenization, which advocates a technical education and which meets the ideal of training to meet market demand, is the neoliberal vision of education that advances towards public schools with the aim of privatization. The need to reframe and contextualize the BNCC as a way of resisting this neoliberal education project is understood.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En este texto, la perspectiva de innovación pedagógica que trae la BNCC se presenta a partir del análisis de las competencias que constituyen el referido Documento normativo de la política curricular vigente. El análisis documental se realizó en este Documento con el objetivo de investigar el sesgo de innovación presentado y sus implicaciones en la reestructuración de los currículos escolares. En el análisis de los hallazgos, a partir del Análisis Textual Discursivo, iniciado con las categorías a priori currículo e innovación pedagógica, y la categoría emergente competencia, se constató que la perspectiva de innovación que impregna el Documento es de sesgo predominantemente tecnológico con la intencionalidad de regulación, homogeneización y atención a la demanda capitalista que invade el campo educativo. Por los resultados obtenidos se puede decir que la BNCC presenta la innovación regulatoria que se encuentra con la propuesta basada en la Pedagogía de las Competencias. Esta perspectiva de estandarización y homogeneización curricular, que preconiza una educación tecnicista y que atiende a un ideal de formación para la atención a la demanda del mercado, es la visión neoliberal de la educación que avanza sobre la escuela pública con fines de privatización. Se comprende la necesidad de resignificar y contextualizar la BNCC como forma de resistir a este proyecto de educación neoliberal.]]></p></abstract>
