Seguindo uma abordagem qualitativa com delineamento explorat&#243;rio e descritivo, a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado e registros de observa&#231;&#227;o, com oito acad&#234;micos bolsistas participantes do Pibid/Pedagogia em uma escola p&#250;blica, na cidade de Campo Grande/MS. Os resultados revelam a import&#226;ncia do Programa para a forma&#231;&#227;o inicial e a inser&#231;&#227;o dos acad&#234;micos na pr&#225;tica docente para promover a constru&#231;&#227;o dos saberes docentes por meio das parcerias com profissionais mais experientes, do conhecimento sobre a organiza&#231;&#227;o institucional e o enfrentamento das dificuldades da doc&#234;ncia podendo contar com a colabora&#231;&#227;o de outras pessoas. Evidenciam tamb&#233;m que as experi&#234;ncias permitidas pelo Pibid foram essenciais para a decis&#227;o de continuarem na doc&#234;ncia. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article is an excerpt of a master's research carried on the Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation to Teaching (Pibid) and their contributions to the establishment of professional knowledge needed for teaching practice. Under a qualitative approach with exploratory and descriptive design, data collection was carried out by eight scholarship academicians, participants of Pibid / Pedagogy / UCDB in a public school in the city of Campo Grande / MS, by means of semi-structured interviews and observation records. The results show the importance of the Program for the initial formation and the academicians&#8217; insertion in their teaching practice in order to promote the construction of teaching knowledge through partnerships with more experienced professionals and also the knowledge of the institutional organization as well as to become aware of difficulties in teaching and the support they can expect from other people. Besides that, the results also show that the experiences granted by &#8220;Pibid&#8221; were essential for their decision in continuing in the teaching career.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El presente art&#237;culo es un recorte de una investigaci&#243;n de m&#225;ster sobre el Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciaci&#243;n a la Docencia - Pibid y sus contribuciones para la constituci&#243;n de saberes profesionales necesarios para la actuaci&#243;n docente. Siguiendo un enfoque cualitativo con car&#225;cter exploratorio y descriptivo, los datos se recogieron por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas y registros de observaci&#243;n, con ocho acad&#233;micos becarios participantes del Pibid/Pedagog&#237;a en una escuela p&#250;blica, en la ciudad de Campo Grande/MS. Los resultados revelan la importancia del Programa para la formaci&#243;n inicial y la introducci&#243;n de los acad&#233;micos en la pr&#225;ctica docente para promover la construcci&#243;n de los saberes docentes por medio de la interacci&#243;n con profesionales con m&#225;s experiencia, del conocimiento sobre la organizaci&#243;n institucional y el enfrentamiento de las dificultades de la docencia pudiendo contar con la colaboraci&#243;n de otras personas. Manifiestan tambi&#233;n que las experiencias permitidas por el Pibid fueron esenciales para la decisi&#243;n de continuar en la docencia.]]></p></abstract>
