<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1984-71142017000200371&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1984-71142017000200371&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1984-71142017000200371&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: O objetivo deste texto &#233; problematizar a forma&#231;&#227;o dos profissionais que atuam na educa&#231;&#227;o infantil de institui&#231;&#245;es p&#250;blicas do munic&#237;pio de Guarapuava-PR, tendo como pressuposto que a forma&#231;&#227;o influencia diretamente a atua&#231;&#227;o do professor na organiza&#231;&#227;o do trabalho pedag&#243;gico e nos processos educativos desenvolvidos com as crian&#231;as. Para efeito de investiga&#231;&#227;o, foram aplicados question&#225;rios, aos profissionais dos Centros Municipais de Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil, deste munic&#237;pio e realizadas entrevistas com aproximadamente 15% deles. Os dados dos question&#225;rios forneceram informa&#231;&#245;es importantes sobre a forma&#231;&#227;o profissional dos professores. As entrevistas abordaram quest&#245;es sobre as condi&#231;&#245;es de trabalho, organiza&#231;&#227;o do trabalho pedag&#243;gico, dentre outras. Em seguida, estas foram transcritas e analisadas por meio de seus conte&#250;dos, de modo que foram obtidas quatro categorias tem&#225;ticas: a) dados acerca das condi&#231;&#245;es de trabalho; b) forma&#231;&#227;o continuada ofertada pela mantenedora; c) orienta&#231;&#245;es recebidas institucionalmente para a organiza&#231;&#227;o do trabalho e d) perfil do profissional da educa&#231;&#227;o infantil segundo a concep&#231;&#227;o dos professores. Os resultados indicaram que grande parte dos profissionais atuantes realizou sua forma&#231;&#227;o a dist&#226;ncia ou est&#225; em processo de forma&#231;&#227;o em cursos na modalidade a dist&#226;ncia, tanto em n&#237;vel m&#233;dio como superior. N&#227;o existe, no munic&#237;pio, uma proposta de forma&#231;&#227;o continuada. Al&#233;m disso, destacaram-se as prec&#225;rias condi&#231;&#245;es de trabalho explicitadas por uma s&#233;rie de dificuldades que acabam por comprometer o trabalho desenvolvido com as crian&#231;as. Esses resultados confirmam a urg&#234;ncia de pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas que incluam diretrizes e estrat&#233;gias de educa&#231;&#227;o em servi&#231;o e, fundamentalmente, formas de ingresso que valorizem esses profissionais, a fim de que seja diminu&#237;do o contingente que abandona esse servi&#231;o ou que pretende abandonar, como ficou claro em v&#225;rios relatos obtidos. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The objective of this text is to discuss the training of professionals working in early childhood education public institutions in the city of Guarapuava-PR, with the assumption that the formation directly influences the teacher's role in the organization of the pedagogical work and educational processes developed with children. For research purposes were applied questionnaires to the professionals of the Municipal Child Education Centers that municipality and interviews with many of them. Data from the questionnaires provided important information about the professional training of teachers. The interviews addressed issues about working conditions, the pedagogical work organization, among others. Then, they were transcribed and analyzed through its contents, so that was obtained four thematic categories: a) data about the working conditions; b) continuing education offered by the sponsor; c) guidelines institutionally received for the organization of work and; d) Professional profile of early childhood education according to the conception of teachers. The results indicated that most working professionals held its distance training or is in the process of training courses in the distance, both mid-level and higher. There is a proposal in the municipality of continuing education. Also, stood out the poor working conditions spelled out by a number of difficulties that end up compromising the work with the children. These results confirm the urgency of public policies that include guidelines and education strategies in service and fundamentally shapes ticket that value these professionals, so that is decreased the contingent that abandons this service or you want to leave, as evidenced in obtained various reports.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El objetivo de este texto es problematizar la formaci&#243;n de los profesionales que act&#250;an en la educaci&#243;n infantil de instituciones p&#250;blicas del municipio de Guarapuava-PR, teniendo como referencia que la formaci&#243;n tiene influencia directa en la actuaci&#243;n del profesor en su lugar de trabajo pedag&#243;gico y en los procesos educativos desarrollados con los ni&#241;os. Para efectos de investigaci&#243;n fueron aplicadas preguntas a los profesionales de los Centros Municipales de Educaci&#243;n Infantil de ese municipio y realizadas entrevistas con gran parte de ellos. Los datos de estas entrevistas arrojaron informaciones importantes sobre la formaci&#243;n profesional de los profesores. Las entrevistas se ocuparon de asuntos sobre las condiciones de trabajo, organizaci&#243;n del trabajo pedag&#243;gico, entre otros. En seguida, estas fueron transcritas y analizados sus contenidos, obteniendo cuatro categor&#237;as tem&#225;ticas: a) datos acerca de las condiciones de trabajo; b) formaci&#243;n continuada ofrecida por la administraci&#243;n de la escuela; c) orientaciones recibidas institucionalmente para la organizaci&#243;n del trabajo y d) perfil del profesional de la educaci&#243;n infantil seg&#250;n la visi&#243;n de los profesores. Los resultados indicaran que gran parte de los profesionales actuantes realizaron su formaci&#243;n por m&#233;todos de educaci&#243;n a distancia o est&#225;n en proceso de formaci&#243;n en cursos tambi&#233;n en la modalidad a distancia, tanto en nivel medio como superior. No existe en el municipio una propuesta de formaci&#243;n continuada. Adem&#225;s, se destac&#243; las precarias condiciones de trabajo reflejadas por una serie de dificultades que terminan comprometiendo el trabajo que se desarrolla con los ni&#241;os. Estos resultados confirman la urgencia de pol&#237;ticas p&#250;blicas que consideren directrices y estrategias de educaci&#243;n en servicio y, fundamentalmente, formas de acceso a la carrera de profesor que den valor a eses profesionales, con la finalidad de disminuir el contingente que abandona ese servicio o pretende abandonarlo, como quedo claro en varios relatos obtenidos. ]]></p></abstract>
