Assim, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as práticas pedagógicas dos professores de educação física vencedores do prêmio Educador Nota 10. Este é um estudo multicasos, com dez professores premiados, cinco mulheres e cinco homens. A organização do prêmio produz vídeos com a prática dos vencedores, estes foram transcritos e analisados com base na análise temática continuada. Os resultados revelaram que as unidades temáticas (conteúdos) mais abordadas foram esportes, ginástica, jogos e brincadeiras. As práticas pedagógicas apresentaram estratégias didáticas diversificadas, mas com destaque para a experimentação, reflexão e reelaboração do conteúdo, a problematização do conteúdo e a realização de uma apresentação de culminância do projeto. Esta pesquisa coloca em evidência uma educação física inovadora, criativa, diversificada, significativa e que busca articular a teoria com a prática.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The literature has revealed examples of successful and innovative practices, but little is known about those that are awarded. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the pedagogical practices of the physical education teachers who won the Educador Nota 10 award. The methodology consisted of a multi-case study, with ten awarded teachers, five women and five men. The award&#8217;s organization produces videos with the winners&#8217; practice, these were transcribed and analyzed based on the continued thematic analysis. The results revealed that the most addressed thematic units (contents) were sports, gymnastics and games. The pedagogical practices presented diversified teaching strategies, but with emphasis on the experimentation, reflection and re-elaboration of the content, the problematization of the content and the realization of a presentation of the project&#8217;s culmination. This research highlights an innovative, creative, diversified, meaningful physical education that seeks to articulate theory with practice.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La literatura ha revelado ejemplos de prácticas exitosas e innovadoras, pero se sabe poco sobre las premiadas. Así, el objetivo de este estudio fue analizar las prácticas pedagógicas de los profesores de educación física ganadores del premio Educador Nota 10. Se trata de un estudio de casos múltiples, con diez profesores premiados, cinco mujeres y cinco hombres. La organización del premio produce videos con la práctica de los ganadores, estos fueron transcritos y analizados en base al análisis temático continuado. Los resultados revelaron que las unidades temáticas (contenidos) más abordadas fueron deportes, gimnasia y juegos. Las prácticas pedagógicas presentaron estrategias didácticas diversificadas, pero con énfasis en la experimentación, reflexión y reelaboración del contenido, la problematización del contenido y la presentación de una culminación del proyecto. Esta investigación destaca una educación física innovadora, creativa, diversificada, significativa y que busca articular la teoría con la práctica.]]></p></abstract>
