Tomou-se como base te&#243;rica a perspectiva hist&#243;rico-cultural, e como procedimento investigativo a abordagem microgen&#233;tica. Realizaram-se observa&#231;&#245;es e grava&#231;&#227;o em v&#237;deo das au las, que, posteriormente, foram transcritas. Os resultados apontaram uma defesa pelo ato de ensinar no contexto estudado e, por meio deste, de transmitir os conhecimentos sistematizados; entretanto, a media&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica nem sempre favoreceu a compre ens&#227;o pretendida pela professora.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract:  With this work, part of a wider research, it was analyzed the development of a science activity and the effects produced with five and six-year old students from a public school in Paran&#225; countryside. The historic-cultural perspective was taken as theory basis, and the micro genetics approach as investigative procedure. Observa tions and video recording were done, and, later, transcribed. The results showed a defense for the teaching act in the studied context and, through it, of transmitting the systemized knowledge; however, the pedagogical intermediation not always favored the comprehension intended by the teacher.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este trabajo, que forma parte de una investigaci&#243;n m&#225;s amplia analiz&#243; el desenvolvimiento de una actividad de ciencias y los efectos producidos con los estudiantes de 5/6 a&#241;os de edad, en una escuela p&#250;blica del interior de Paran&#225;. Tomamos como base te&#243;rica la perspectiva hist&#243;rico-cultural y como m&#233;todo de investigaci&#243;n el abordaje microgen&#233;tico. Fueron hechos observaciones y video-grabaciones de las lecciones que, posteriormente, fueron transcriptas. Los resultados apuntaron una defensa por el hecho de ense&#241;ar en el contexto estudiado y, por medio de este, transmitir conocimientos sistematizados, entretanto, la mediaci&#243;n pedag&#243;gica ni siempre favoreci&#243; la comprensi&#243;n pretendida por la profesora.]]></p></abstract>
