A amostra se constituiu de cinco diretoras de escolas de Educa&#231;&#227;o B&#225;sica conveniadas ao Progra ma; cinco coordenadores de &#225;rea dos subprojetos de Pedagogia da Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (Unoesc); cinco supervisores professores regentes e cinco acad&#234;micos bolsistas. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. O estudo identificou que a articula&#231;&#227;o entre Ensino Superior, PIBID e a pr&#225;tica na sala de aula oportuniza compreender e aprender a profiss&#227;o, nas rela&#231;&#245;es entre teoria e pr&#225;tica, no planejamento e na execu&#231;&#227;o das a&#231;&#245;es pedag&#243;gicas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract:  This article is part of a qualitative research with descriptive approach, and has the aim of investigating the contributions of the Institutional Program for Schol arship for Beginner Teachers (PIBID) in the continued education of teachers. The sample was constituted of five headmasters of Basic Education schools affiliated to the Program; five coordinators of the Pedagogy subprojects area from Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (Unoesc); five supervisor professors and five fellows. The data collection was held through semi-structured interviews. The study identified that the articulation between Higher Education, PIBID and the classroom practice gives the opportunity to understand and learn the profession in the relations between theory and practice, and in the planning and execution of pedagogical actions.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El art&#237;culo es parte de investigaci&#243;n cualitativa, de abordaje descriptivo, con objetivo de investigar las contribuciones del Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciaci&#243;n a la Docencia (PIBID) en la formaci&#243;n continuada de profesores. La muestra se constituy&#243; de cinco directoras de escuelas de Educaci&#243;n B&#225;sica; cinco co ordinadores de &#225;rea de los subproyectos de Pedagog&#237;a de la Universidad del Oeste de Santa Catarina (Unoesc); cinco supervisores profesores titulares y cinco acad&#233;micos becarios. La colecta de datos ocurri&#243; por entrevistas semiestructuradas. El estudio identific&#243; que la articulaci&#243;n entre Ense&#241;anza Superior, PIBID y pr&#225;ctica propicia comprender y aprender la profesi&#243;n en las relaciones entre teor&#237;a y pr&#225;ctica, en el planeamiento y en la ejecuci&#243;n de las acciones pedag&#243;gicas.]]></p></abstract>
