<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2177-62102017000200164&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2177-62102017000200164&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2177-62102017000200164&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo:  Considerando que a equipe multidisciplinar interfere na qualidade dos cursos a dist&#226;ncia, o artigo apresenta o diagn&#243;stico sobre esses profissionais quanto &#224; compreens&#227;o conceitual da Educa&#231;&#227;o a Dist&#226;ncia (EaD), bem como sua rela&#231;&#227;o com a rotina de trabalho. Participaram da pesquisa qualitativa 27 funcion&#225;rios do centro de educa&#231;&#227;o a dist&#226;ncia de uma universidade p&#250;blica. Foi aplicado um question&#225;rio com sete itens discursivos relacionados ao trabalho di&#225;rio dos participantes. Depois, realizaram-se entrevista dialogada e um semin&#225;rio, para debate dos resultados. Constatou-se que a minoria (37%) compreende plenamente e de forma cr&#237;tica as especificidades conceituais da EaD, bem como suas rela&#231;&#245;es com o trabalho cotidiano. Verificou-se que isso gerou efeitos negativos na qualidade dos cursos. A investiga&#231;&#227;o demonstrou ser necess&#225;rio incorporar a verifica&#231;&#227;o do conhecimento conceitual aprofundado sobre educa&#231;&#227;o a dist&#226;ncia nos processos de admiss&#227;o e nas estrat&#233;gias de forma&#231;&#227;o desses profissionais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract:  Since the multidisciplinary team influences on the quality of the distance education disciplines, this article presents a diagnosis on these professionals&#8217; theoretical comprehension of Distance Education (DE) and its relationship with their daily job. Twenty-seven (27) employees from the Distance Education Centre of a Public University took part of this qualitative research. A questionnaire of seven (7) text free items related to the daily job of the participants was applied. After the questionnaire, it was conducted an interview, as well as a seminar, in order to discuss the results. Results showed that the minority of the participants (37%) fully and critically comprehends the theoretical specificities of DE and its relationship with their daily job. It was verified that this had negative effects on the quality of the discipline. The research showed it is necessary to check the deep theoretical knowledge on DE on the hiring process and on the continuous academic education of these professionals.]]></p></abstract>
