Dessa forma, este artigo objetivou promover um diálogo sobre os impactos da COVID-19 na educação no ano de 2020, tendo como foco principal uma análise acerca dos desafios e as estratégias legais (em âmbito federal) para garantir o direito à aprendizagem e suas consequências em meio às ações empreendidas durante a pandemia. Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental realizada a partir da análise das legislações educacionais propostas para atender o cenário pandêmico e publicações científicas atuais. Os resultados apontaram que a legislação educacional brasileira direcionou a adoção de estratégias para garantir o direito à aprendizagem através do ensino remoto e que estas, somadas à situação vivenciada, reforçaram o quadro de desigualdade social no país.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: The pandemic of the new coronavirus, among so many aspects, has restricted access to schools, as a coping measure to reduce contagion. Thus, this article aimed to promote a dialogue on the impacts of COVID-19 on education, in the year 2020, having as its main focus an analysis of the challenges and legal strategies (at the federal level) to guarantee the right to learning and its consequences in the midst of actions undertaken during the pandemic. It is a documentary research carried out from the analysis of the educational legislation proposed to meet the pandemic scenario and the current scientific publications. The results showed that the Brazilian educational legislation directed the adoption of strategies to guarantee the right to learning through remote education and those, added to the experienced situation, reinforced the picture of social inequality in the country.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN: La pandemia del nuevo coronavírus ha restringido, entre tantos aspectos, el acceso a las escuelas, como medida de enfrentamiento para reducir el contagio. Así, este artículo tuvo como objetivo promover un diálogo sobre los impactos de la COVID-19 en la educación, en el año de 2020, teniendo como foco principal un análisis sobre los desafíos y las estrategias legales (en ámbito federal) para garantizar el derecho al aprendizaje y sus consecuencias en medio a las acciones emprendidas durante la pandemia. Se trata de una investigación documental realizada a partir del análisis de las legislaciones educativas propuestas para atender el escenario pandémico y publicaciones científicas actuales. Los resultados mostraron que la legislación educativa brasileña direccionó la adopción de estrategias para garantizar el derecho al aprendizaje a través de la enseñanza remota y que estas, sumadas a la situación vivida, reforzaran el cuadro de desigualdad social en el país.]]></p></abstract>
