O artigo objetiva compreender os par&#226;metros oficiais de qualidade presentes na avalia&#231;&#227;o dos cursos de gradua&#231;&#227;o. Apresenta abordagem te&#243;rica da avalia&#231;&#227;o, discuss&#227;o dos par&#226;metros nacionais e internacionais de avalia&#231;&#227;o e acredita&#231;&#227;o da qualidade, an&#225;lise de documentos oficiais e um estudo de caso em cursos nas &#225;reas de Administra&#231;&#227;o, Enfermagem, Engenharia e Pedagogia, realizando an&#225;lise de documentos institucionais, resultado das avalia&#231;&#245;es e entrevistas. Conclui-se, a partir da an&#225;lise documental, que o Sinaes estabeleceu padr&#245;es de qualidade vari&#225;veis: a) concep&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gico/formativa presente na autoavalia&#231;&#227;o institucional; b) cumprimento de requisitos legais dispostos no instrumento de avalia&#231;&#227;o de cursos de gradua&#231;&#227;o; e c) desempenho dos estudantes, como base para o c&#225;lculo dos indicadores para cursos e IES. Os estudos de caso resultaram em dois grupos. No primeiro, se observa a presen&#231;a, na pr&#225;tica institucional, de elementos que os instrumentos de avalia&#231;&#227;o in loco valorizam: participa&#231;&#227;o da comunidade acad&#234;mica, coer&#234;ncia do projeto pedag&#243;gico com o institucional, articula&#231;&#227;o entre gradua&#231;&#227;o e p&#243;s-gradua&#231;&#227;o, perfil socioecon&#244;mico do egresso e articula&#231;&#227;o entre forma&#231;&#227;o profissional e a sociedade. No segundo, a IES demonstra seguir a l&#243;gica reguladora, tomando o Enade e os outros instrumentos de avalia&#231;&#227;o como refer&#234;ncia da qualidade de cursos e adequando a eles o seu projeto institucional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT.  This paper aims to understand the official quality parameters present in the evaluation of undergraduate courses. It presents a theoretical approach to evaluation, a discussion on national and international parameters for evaluation and accreditation of quality, an analysis of official documents and a case study involving Administration, Nursing, Engineering and Pedagogy undergraduate courses, examining institutional documents, results of evaluations and interviews. Based on the documentary analysis, it was concluded that Sinaes (Brazilian National System for Evaluation of Higher Education) established variable quality standards: a) pedagogical/formative conception existing in institutional self-evaluation; b) compliance with legal requirements set forth in the instrument for undergraduate courses evaluation; and c) students&#8217; performance as a basis for calculating indicators for courses and Higher Education Institutions. The case studies led to two groups. In the first group, the presence of elements valued by in loco evaluation instruments was observed in the institutional practice: academic community participation, coherence between pedagogical and institutional projects, connection between undergraduate and graduate courses, socioeconomic profile of graduates and connection between professional training and society. In the second group, Higher Education Institutions demonstrate to follow the logic of regulation, taking Enade (National Examination of Student Performance) and other evaluation instruments as a reference for course quality and adapting its institutional project for them.]]></p></abstract>

El art&#237;culo tiene por objetivo comprender los par&#225;metros oficiales de calidad presentes en la evaluaci&#243;n de los cursos de graduaci&#243;n. Presenta el abordaje te&#243;rico de la evaluaci&#243;n, discusi&#243;n de los par&#225;metros nacionales e internacionales de evaluaci&#243;n y acreditaci&#243;n de la calidad, an&#225;lisis de documentos oficiales y un estudio de caso en cursos en las &#225;reas de Administraci&#243;n, Enfermer&#237;a, Ingenier&#237;a y Pedagog&#237;a, realizando an&#225;lisis de documentos institucionales, resultados de las evaluaciones y entrevistas. Se concluye, a partir del an&#225;lisis documental, que el Sinaes estableci&#243; est&#225;ndares de calidad variables: a) concepci&#243;n pedag&#243;gico/formativa presente en la autoevaluaci&#243;n institucional; b) cumplimiento de requisitos legales dispuestos en el instrumento de evaluaci&#243;n de cursos de graduaci&#243;n; y c) desempe&#241;o de los estudiantes, como base para el c&#225;lculo de los indicadores para cursos y IES.
