Os resultados &#8211; que permitem levantar quest&#245;es para, em futuras pesquisas, pensar o caso brasileiro &#8211; indicam significativa produ&#231;&#227;o, com grande diversidade de tem&#225;ticas levadas &#224;s cortes, refletindo longo hist&#243;rico de judicializa&#231;&#227;o da educa&#231;&#227;o no pa&#237;s. Uma ampla gama de produ&#231;&#245;es relaciona-se &#224; tem&#225;tica da equidade no sistema, indicando uma preocupa&#231;&#227;o em lidar com desigualdades educacionais, seja no &#226;mbito &#233;tnico-racial ou em meio &#224; discuss&#227;o acerca do financiamento da educa&#231;&#227;o e as responsabilidades dos diferentes entes envolvidos na provis&#227;o da educa&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El presente art&#237;culo se propone a mapear la producci&#243;n norteamericana de los &#250;ltimos veinte a&#241;os sobre la judicializaci&#243;n de la educaci&#243;n b&#225;sica, utilizando-se la base de datos Education Resources Information Center (Eric), clasificando las producciones ubicadas seg&#250;n autor&#237;a, a&#241;o de publicaci&#243;n, tipo de investigaci&#243;n y descriptores, los &#250;ltimos agrupados en ejes tem&#225;ticos que se relacionan a las problem&#225;ticas m&#225;s recurrentemente debatidas en la literatura encontrada. Los resultados &#8211; que permiten levantar cuestiones para, en futuras investigaciones, reflexionar sobre el caso brasile&#241;o &#8211; apuntan para una considerable producci&#243;n, con gran diversificaci&#243;n de tem&#225;ticas llevadas a los tribunales, reflejando la larga historia de la justiciabilidad de la educaci&#243;n en el pa&#237;s. Una amplia gama de trabajos se relaciona a la cuesti&#243;n de la equidad en el sistema, lo que muestra una preocupaci&#243;n en hacer frente a las desigualdades educacionales, sea en el &#225;mbito &#233;tnico-racial o en medio a la discusi&#243;n sobre la financiaci&#243;n de la educaci&#243;n y las responsabilidades de los distintos entes involucrados en la provisi&#243;n de servicios educacionales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article intends to map the North American production on education litigation during the last twenty years, using the Education Resources Information Center (Eric) database. The publications are classified according to authorship, year of publication, investigation type and descriptors, the last grouped by thematic axes that relate to the problematics most recurrently discussed in the compiled literature. The results- that allow to bring up questions that can be developed in future researches concerning the Brazilian case- point out to a broad production. There is a great thematic diversity brought before the courts, reflecting the long history on education litigation in this country. A wide range of publications relate to equity issues, pointing out to a concern in dealing with educational inequalities, whether in the field of ethnic and racial issues or through the discussion about educational finance and the responsibilities of the different entities involved in the provision of educational services.]]></p></abstract>
