Objetiva-se, por meio deste recorte, identificar continuidades/descontinuidades nas pr&#225;ticas pedag&#243;gicas das profissionais a partir da participa&#231;&#227;o no Programa. Os fundamentos te&#243;ricos das an&#225;lises se pautam na legisla&#231;&#227;o espec&#237;fica e literatura pertinente &#224; forma&#231;&#227;o de professores da Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil. A amostra abarcou 37 cursistas, contatados mediante question&#225;rio, observa&#231;&#227;o das pr&#225;ticas pedag&#243;gicas e entrevistas. Os resultados indicam que o processo de forma&#231;&#227;o vivenciado atingiu o objetivo de problematiza&#231;&#227;o da pr&#225;tica das profissionais, possibilitando-lhes interlocu&#231;&#227;o com a teoria e ressignifica&#231;&#227;o dos pap&#233;is dos sujeitos envolvidos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This text is a result from a research on the Proinfantil Program in Mato Grosso and it aims to identify continuities/discontinuities in the pedagogic practices of the professionals who participated in the program. The analysis herein conducted are based on theoretical foundations and specific laws concerning the formation of teachers for Children Education. The studied sample is composed of 37 subjects, and the data were collected by means of surveys, class observation and interviews. The results show that the formation process led these professionals to problematize their practices, thus enabling a dialogue with theory and reframing the roles of all the involved people.]]></p></abstract>
