O procedimento metodol&#243;gico foi o da interven&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica, realizada em escola da cidade de Jaguar&#227;o, RS, em 2013. A coleta de dados foi feita por meio de entrevistas e di&#225;rio de campo. A realiza&#231;&#227;o desta pesquisa favoreceu alguns aspectos fundamentais para o melhor funcionamento da escola: houve um aumento da participa&#231;&#227;o dos docentes nas atividades propostas pela equipe diretiva e um est&#237;mulo maior no planejamento das aulas em consequ&#234;ncia da socializa&#231;&#227;o de experi&#234;ncias propostas nas reuni&#245;es pedag&#243;gicas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aimed to set up a working group - through meetings, moments of reflection and interaction with the school teachers - in order to bring out the potentialities of each one, thus contributing to stimulate the act of doing things together. The methodological procedure was the pedagogical intervention, held in a school located in Jaguar&#227;o, in Rio Grande do Sul, in 2013. The data collection was done through interviews and field journal. This research has favored some fundamental aspects to the better school running: there was an increasing in the participation of teachers in the activities proposed by the management team and greater stimulation in class planning as a result of socializa tion experiences which have been proposed in the pedagogical meetings.]]></p></abstract>
