Paulo e O Globo, abordando as temáticas BNCC e avaliações em larga escala. A partir de uma abordagem pós-estrutural, especificamente a Teoria do Discurso de Ernesto Laclau e Chantal Mouffe, os artigos são assumidos como práticas discursivas atravessadas por múltiplas relações de poder na sociedade e que contribuem para o processo de hegemonização de sentidos de qualidade da educação. Os artigos selecionados são assumidos como discursos e analisados com o objetivo de interpretar a produção e a circulação de sentidos de qualidade de educação articulados a sentidos de avaliação que favorecem a hegemonização de um discurso em que a BNCC é significada como capaz de gerar melhoria na qualidade da educação. A escolha da empiria se justifica na medida em que os meios de comunicação se configuram em um espaço privilegiado de produção e articulação de discursos políticos que estão em disputa na sociedade, por sua popularização como fonte de informação.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The study assumes as empirical opinion articles published during 2017, in two major newspapers, O Estado de S. Paulo and O Globo, addressing BNCC themes and large-scale evaluations. From a post-structural approach, specifically the Discourse Theory of Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe, the articles are assumed as discursive practices traversed by multiple power relations in society and that contribute to the process of hegemonization of meanings of quality in education. The selected articles are taken as discourses and analyzed with the aim of interpreting the production and circulation of educational quality meanings linked to assessment meanings that favor the hegemonization of a discourse in which the BNCC is meant as capable of generating improvement in quality of education. The choice of empiricism is justified insofar as the means of communication are configured in a privileged space for the production and articulation of political discourses that are in dispute in society, due to its popularization as a source of information.]]></p></abstract>

Paulo y O Globo, que abordan temas de BNCC y evaluaciones a gran escala. Desde un enfoque postestructural, específicamente la Teoría del Discurso de Ernesto Laclau y Chantal Mouffe, los artículos se asumen como prácticas discursivas atravesadas por múltiples relaciones de poder en la sociedad y que contribuyen al proceso de hegemonización de significados de calidad educativa. Los artículos seleccionados son tomados como discursos y analizados con el objetivo de interpretar la producción y circulación de significados de calidad educativa vinculados a significados de evaluación que favorezcan la hegemonización de un discurso en el que el BNCC se entiende como capaz de generar mejora en la calidad de la educación.
