Para tanto, realizaram-se entrevistas com diferentes atores para subsidiar as discussões. As entrevistas foram examinadas seguindo os princípios da Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados mostraram que o capital humano, as crenças, o relacionamento, o designer organizacional, entre outros impactam na coordenação e no desempenho das ações organizacionais. Constata-se que, para mitigar os fatores negativos, são necessárias mudanças no sistema de coordenação, no delineamento organizacional, na estrutura de autoridade, de responsabilidade e de especialização dos atores internos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to analyse the intraorganizational relations of a public organization in the Amazon context. To this end, interviews were conducted with different actors to support the discussions. The interviews were analysed following the principles of Content Analysis. The results showed that human capital, beliefs, relationships, the organizational designer, among others, impact on the coordination and performance of organizational actions. It appears that to mitigate the negative factors, changes are needed in the coordination system, in the organizational design, in the structure of authority, responsibility, and specialization of the internal actors.]]></p></abstract>
