Estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório. Participaram 44 docentes do Ensino Fundamental, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas na modalidade online. Empregou-se Análise Textual Discursiva. Identificou-se adaptações na estrutura e infraestrutura dos docentes e dos discentes durante esse período, dificuldades na tentativa de conciliação do trabalho com a vida privada e mudanças no processo ensino-aprendizagem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective was to investigate the working conditions of Elementary School teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory study. It was attended by 44 Elementary School teachers through semi-structured online interviews. Discursive Textual Analysis was used. Adaptations were identified in the structure and infrastructure of teachers and students during this period, difficulties in trying to reconcile work with life, as well as changes in the teaching-learning process.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo de este estudio fue investigar las condiciones de trabajo de los docentes de la Enseñanza Primaria durante la pandemia de covid-19. Es un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo y exploratorio, que tuvo la participación de 44 docentes de la Enseñanza Primaria mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas en línea. Se utilizó el Análisis Textual Discursivo. Se identificaron adaptaciones en la estructura e infraestructura de docentes y estudiantes durante este período, dificultades para intentar conciliar trabajo y vida, así como cambios en el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje.]]></p></abstract>
