O estudo utilizou questionários online (110 respondentes) e entrevistas com 7 professores, ao longo de 5 dias, trazendo informações sobre as condições de trabalho no ERE e sobre a atuação dos gestores escolares, evidenciando os mecanismos de controle e de opressão.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The text presents reflections on school management, based on the contributions of Freire and other authors who provided theoretical support for quantitative-qualitative research, intending to identify the perceptions of teachers who work in basic education about their work during the context of the pandemic. The study used online questionnaires (110 respondents) and interviews with 7 teachers, over 5 days, bringing information about the working conditions in the ERE and the performance of school managers, showing mechanisms of control and oppression.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El texto presenta reflexiones sobre la gestión escolar, a partir de los aportes de Freire y otros autores que dio soporte teórico para una investigación cuantitativa-cualitativa, con el objetivo de identificar las percepciones de los docentes que actúan en la educación básica sobre su trabajo en contexto de una pandemia. El estudio utilizó cuestionarios online (110 encuestados) y entrevistas a 7 docentes, durante 5 días, aportando información sobre las condiciones laborales en los ERE y sobre el desempeño de los directivos escolares, mostrando mecanismos de control y opresión.]]></p></abstract>
