Se utilizaron datos obtenidos de fuentes académicas y de documentos de organismos internacionales y organizaciones de la sociedad civil. Los resultados muestran una fuerte variedad de respuestas por parte de los gobiernos nacionales, así como un involucramiento importante de organismos multilaterales y de actores no estatales en diferentes tipos de acciones, que parecen apuntar a una acentuación de la regulación postburocrática y multiescalar.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O artigo analisa as tendências gerais em relação a governo da educação básica na América Latina considerando as políticas implementadas em nível nacional e as intervenções de outros atores diante da situação de pandemia. Foram utilizados dados obtidos de fontes acadêmicas e de documentos de organizações internacionais e da sociedade civil. Os resultados mostram uma forte variedade de respostas dos governos nacionais, bem como um importante envolvimento de organizações multilaterais e atores não estatais em diferentes tipos de ações, que parecem apontar para uma acentuação da regulação pós-burocrática e multiescalar.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article analyzes the general trends regarding the governance of basic education in Latin America. It considers the policies implemented at the national level and the interventions of other actors in the face of the pandemic situation. The study used data obtained from academic sources and documents from international and civil society organizations. The results show a strong variety of responses from national governments, as well as an important involvement of multilateral organizations and non-state actors in different types of actions, which seem to point to an accentuation of post-bureaucratic and multi-scalar regulation.]]></p></abstract>
