Diversas ações acadêmicas buscam debater suas múltiplas dimensões, incluindo a importância do Ensino de História. Neste contexto, nossa pesquisa focou no uso de charges históricas para ensinar sobre a ditadura. A pesquisa acompanhou turmas de Estágio Supervisionado em História III da graduação em licenciatura em História da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco durante período letivo 2022.2, na Escola Municipal Silvio Romero Vieira, em Jaboatão dos Guararapes em Pernambuco. Uma dupla do graduandos escolheu explorar o Golpe de 1964 no Brasil, usando charges históricas, utilizaram os recursos imagéticos debatendo os aspectos econômicos e políticos sobre esse período histórico, possibilitando a aprendizagem através da convergência histórica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In 2024, 60 years will have passed since the Civil-Military Coup of 1964 in Brazil, and both society and academia are showing interest in reflecting on this historical period. Various academic actions aim to debate its multiple dimensions, including the importance of History Education. In this context, our research focused on the use of historical cartoons to teach about the dictatorship. The research followed classes of Supervised Teaching Internship III from the undergraduate History Teaching program at the Federal University of Pernambuco during the 2022.2 academic period, at the Silvio Romero Vieira Municipal School, in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Pernambuco. A pair of students chose to explore the 1964 Coup in Brazil using historical cartoons, utilizing visual resources to discuss the economic and political aspects of this historical period, enabling learning through historical convergence.]]></p></abstract>

Diversas acciones académicas buscan debatir sus múltiples dimensiones, incluyendo la importancia de la Enseñanza de la Historia. En este contexto, nuestra investigación se centró en el uso de caricaturas históricas para enseñar sobre la dictadura. La investigación siguió a grupos de Estudio Supervisionado en Historia III del programa de licenciatura en Historia de la Universidad Federal de Pernambuco durante el periodo académico 2022.2, en la Escuela Municipal Silvio Romero Vieira, en Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Pernambuco.
