Para tanto, dois aspectos serão discutidos: 1º) a concepção de Vygotsky, uma vez que esta se encontra na base de uma nova proposta teórica de relações entre as interações sociais e as construções cognitivas e 2º)o conceito de interações sociais, no contexto escolar, a partir de uma reflexão sobre as pedagogias ditas ativas. Espera-se que tal discussão propicie alcançar uma noção mais precisa a respeito das interações sociais que possuem valor formativo, as quais cabe ao professor incentivar e/ou promover.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article discusses the concept of social interactions in order to clarify their role and value in classroom dynamics. Two aspects will be discussed: 1) the theory elaborated by Vygotsky, since it represents the basic support for a new theoretical approach to the relationship between social interactions and cognitive constructions; 2) the concept of social interactions in the school context, steming from a reflection about the so-called active pedagogies. The aim of the discussion is to reach a clearer notion about social interactions which have educational value, deserving to be promoted or stimulated by the teacher.]]></p></abstract>
