A hipótese examinada pela pesquisa foi a de que fatores salientes que se conjugam na geração de ações de inovação são o tempo de experiência profissional de educadores(as), a estabilidade da equipe, o nível de qualificação e a atuação mobilizadora de líderes da organização. São descritos os objetivos e o modo de atuação da organização e apontadas as características de líderes, agentes e equipes. Conclui que a hipótese levantada foi parcialmente confirmada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article presents the results of a case study on educational innovation concerning the involvement of a Non Governmental Organization with young people in the outskirts of Manaus and in extractive communities of Boa Vista do Ramos, in the state of Amazonas. The hypothesis examined in the survey was that salient factors that combine to generate innovative actions are the educators’ time of professional experience, their staff’s stability, and the level of qualification and mobilizing actions of the organization’s leaders. The organization’s objectives and mode of operation are described and the leaders’, agents’ and staff’s characteristics are identified. Results showed that the hypothesis was partially confirmed.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Este artículo presenta los resultados de un estudio de caso de innovación educativa en la actuación de una Organización No Gubernamental junto a jóvenes de la periferia de Manaus y comunidades de extracción de Boa Vista do Ramos, en el Estado de Amazonas. La hipótesis examinada por la investigación fue la de que los factores importantes que se unen para generar acciones de innovación son el tiempo de experiencia profesional de educadores(as), la estabilidad de su equipo, el nivel de calificación y la actuación movilizadora de líderes de la organización. Se describen los objetivos y el modo de actuación de la organización y se señalan las características de líderes, agentes y equipos. Se concluyó que la hipótesis que se planteó fue parcialmente confirmada.]]></p></abstract>
