Confronta-se esse "esvaziamento" com a "fertilidade" dos anos 1970/1980, analisando fontes utilizadas e conte&#250;dos trabalhados nos mestrados em educa&#231;&#227;o da PUC-Rio e da Funda&#231;&#227;o Getulio Vargas. Nas considera&#231;&#245;es finais, afirma-se que esse "esvaziamento" foi simult&#226;neo &#224; desagrega&#231;&#227;o do sistema de planejamento brasileiro, ocorrida nos anos de 1990, e sugere retomar aqueles estudos, a partir das &#250;ltimas Confer&#234;ncias Nacionais de Educa&#231;&#227;o e das dificuldades de aprova&#231;&#227;o pelo Congresso Nacional dos planos nacionais de educa&#231;&#227;o por elas propostos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[A survey of information provided by post-graduate education programs for the 2000-2009 period, available at the Coordination for Training of Higher Education Personnel portal, reveals the progressive substitution of studies on educational planning by studies on assessment and management. This "emptying" of the 2000-2009 period is compared with the "fertility" of the 1970s and 1980s by analyzing the sources and content found in Master's theses in education from PUC-Rio and the Getulio Vargas Foundation. In the conclusion, the article states that this "emptying" occurred simultaneously with the dismantling of the Brazilian planning system in the 1990s. It also suggests returning to the studies from the last National Educational Conferences and the difficulties in securing national congressional approval for the national educational plans proposed in them.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[La recopilaci&#243;n de las informaciones proporcionadas por los programas de post-graduaci&#243;n en educaci&#243;n en el per&#237;odo 2000-2009, disponibles en el sitio web de la Coordinaci&#243;n de Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Nivel Superior, revela la sustituci&#243;n progresiva de los estudios sobre la planificaci&#243;n educativa por estudios de gesti&#243;n y evaluaci&#243;n. Se opone este "vaciamiento" a la "fertilidad" de los a&#241;os 1970/1980, analizando fuentes utilizadas y contenidos trabajados en los cursos de M&#225;ster en Educaci&#243;n de la PUC-Rio y de la Fundaci&#243;n Getulio Vargas. En las consideraciones finales, se afirma que este "vaciamiento" fue simult&#225;neo a la disgregaci&#243;n del sistema de planificaci&#243;n brasile&#241;o, que se produjo en la d&#233;cada de 1990, y sugiere reanudar aquellos estudios a partir de las &#250;ltimas Conferencia Nacionales de Educaci&#243;n y de las dificultades de aprobaci&#243;n por el Congreso Nacional de los planes nacionales de educaci&#243;n propuestas por ellos.]]></p></abstract>
