O suporte para tanto veio da contribuição de professores atuantes em vários níveis e áreas, além de coordenadores pedagógicos e de formadores de professores de cursos de licenciatura. A ideia norteadora da investigação foi encaminhar a problemática proposta a partir da realidade do trabalho nas escolas para a consubstanciação de referentes sobre a ação docente observada em seus vários aspectos, a fim de conceituar os elementos básicos que a distinguem como uma atuação profissional qualificada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[L'étude présentée dans cet article vise la construction de paramètres catégoriels qui puissent non seulement guider et soutenir les processus de formation initiale ou continue des enseignants, mais aussi servir de base pour le suivi et l'évaluation de l'action enseignante dans une perspective de formation. Le texte s'appuie sur la contribution de professeurs expérimentés travaillant à différents niveaux et domaines, ainsi que de coordinateurs pédagogiques et de formateurs d'enseignants. L'idée directrice de cette recherche est de traiter cette problématique à partir de la réalité du travail dans les écoles pour la consubstantialité des référents sur l'action enseignante observée sous ses divers aspects, dans le but de conceptualiser les éléments de base qui la distinguent comme activité professionnelle qualifiée.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[El estudio que se presenta en este artículo tuvo el objetivo de construir parámetros categoriales que pudiesen orientar y fundamentar procesos de formación inicial o continuada de profesores, así como apoyar el seguimiento y la evaluación de la acción docente desde una perspectiva formativa. El soporte para ello provino del aporte de profesores que actúan en varios niveles y áreas, además de la contribución de coordinadores pedagógicos e de formadores de docentes de cursos de licenciatura. La idea orientadora de la investigación fue la de encaminar la problemática propuesta a partir de la realidad del trabajo en las escuelas hacia la consustanciación de referentes sobre la acción docente observada en sus varios aspectos, a fin de conceptualizar los elementos básicos que la distinguen como una actuación profesional cualificada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The study presented in this article has aimed to construct category parameters which could not only guide and ground initial or continuing teacher education, but also support the monitoring and assessment of the teaching action from a formative perspective. The support for this came from the contribution of experienced teachers working at various levels and areas, as well as coordinators and teacher educators. The guiding idea of the research was to conduct the proposed problematics from the reality of work in schools to construct references about the teaching action observed in its various aspects, in order to conceptualize the basic elements which distinguish it as qualified professional performance.]]></p></abstract>
