Os fatores relacionados a essas medidas variam desde uma mobilidade interna às redes de ensino até o abandono da profissão. São utilizados os dados do Censo Escolar, desenvolvido pelo Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - Inep -, referentes a 2012 e 2013. Esses indicadores permitem: fornecer visão sistêmica da capacidade do sistema de educação nacional de garantir a permanência dos docentes nos estabelecimentos de ensino; contextualizar estudos e pesquisas da área da educação; e prover dados para analisar os fatores preditores e resultantes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article provides resources to understand a recurring phenomenon in schools teacher retention and turnover. The factors related to these resources range from educational system internal mobility to the withdraw of the profession. School census data from the Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anisio Teixeira - Inep - for the years 2012 and 2013 are used. These indicators allow a systemic vision of the abilitiy of the national education systems to ensure teachers permanence: provide background to educational studies and research and data to analyse predicting and resulting factors.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Cet article propose des mesures qui permettent de connaître un phénomène assez récurrent dans les établissements d'enseignement: la rétention et la rotation des enseignants. Les facteurs liés à ces mesures varient, allant d'une mobilité interne dans les réseaux d'enseignement à l'abandon de la profession. Les données utilisées sont celles du Censo Escolar, développé par l'Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - Inep - , pour les années 2012 et 2013. Se utilizan los datos del Censo Escolar, desarrollado por el Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira -Inep-, relativos a 2012 y 2013. Estos indicadores permiten: ofrecer una visión sistémica de la capacidad del sistema de educación nacional de asegurar la permanencia de los docentes en los establecimientos de enseñanza; contextualizar estudios e investigaciones en el área de la educación; y proveer datos para analizar los factores predictores y resultantes.]]></p></abstract>
