A pesquisa qualitativa pautou-se pela interlocução com afrorreligiosas(os) de oito estados brasileiros e se constrói em perspectiva decolonial. Atenta-se ao impacto das ações afirmativas no ensino superior e aos adeptos de religiões afro-brasileiras. Os dados apontam o racismo religioso e epistêmico, e a sobreposição de discriminações no ambiente acadêmico, mas também diferentes estratégias de enfrentamento ao racismo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This research tracked the path of current and former graduate students in the area of humanities, who identify themselves as terreiros people and who received training in the last 10 years analyzing the repercussions of academic training within educational institutions and terreiro communities. This qualitative research was based on dialogues with Afro-religious people from 8 Brazilian states and is constructed from a decolonial perspective. The study focuses on the impact of affirmative actions in higher education and followers of Afro-Brazilian religions. Although the data indicate religious and epistemic racism, and the overlapping of discrimination in the academic environment, it also show different strategies for confronting racism.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La investigación reconstruyó las trayectorias de estudiantes y egresados de posgrado en el área de ciencias humanas, que se identifican como pueblos del terreiro y que obtuvieron formación en los últimos 10 años, y analizó las repercusiones de la formación académica en las instituciones educativas y en las comunidades de terreiros. La investigación cualitativa se basó en el diálogo con afrorreligiosas/os de ocho estados brasileños y se construye desde una perspectiva decolonial. Se presta atención al impacto de las acciones afirmativas en la educación superior y a los adeptos de religiones afrobrasileñas. Los datos apuntan a un racismo religioso y epistémico, y a la superposición de discriminaciones en el ambiente académico, pero también a diferentes estrategias para enfrentar el racismo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Cette recherche a reconstruit les trajectoires d&#8217;étudiants et de diplômés de post grade dans le domaine des sciences humaines autoidentifiés comme peuple des terreiro ayant obtenu une formation au cours des 10 dernières années. Ce travail a aussi examiné les répercussions que la formation académique de ces personnes a eues sur les établissements d&#8217;enseignement ainsi que sur les communautés de terreiros. La recherche qualitative utilisée dans cette étude repose sur un dialogue établi avec des adeptes de religions de matrice africaine de huit États brésiliens et s&#8217;inscrit dans une perspective décoloniale. Elle se concentre sur l&#8217;impact de la discrimination positive dans l&#8217;enseignement supérieur et sur les pratiquants des religions afro-brésiliennes eux-mêmes. Les données font état d&#8217;un racisme religieux et épistémique, de discriminations dans l&#8217;environnement universitaire, mais aussi de différentes stratégies pour combattre le racisme.]]></p></abstract>
