A pesquisa apoia-se na compreensão da docência como processo contextualizado e relacional de desenvolvimento permanente. O estudo, de natureza qualitativa, teve como fontes de dados narrativas produzidas na ação on-line Rede de Aprendizagem e Desenvolvimento da Docência 2016-24. Os resultados indicam o potencial formativo das redes colaborativas, evidenciando os fatores que constituem condições ao estabelecimento do diálogo intergeracional e os efeitos que dele decorrem, essenciais para a compreensão do conceito.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Intergenerational dialogue is characterized as a structuring principle of the relationships established within a collaborative teacher training network in a virtual learning environment, as part of a study involving teachers at different career stages. The research is grounded in the understanding of teaching as a contextualized and relational process of ongoing professional development. This qualitative study drew data from narratives produced during the online initiative Rede de Aprendizagem e Desenvolvimento da Docência 2016-24 [Learning and Teaching Development Network 2016-24]. The findings show the training potential of collaborative networks, highlighting the factors that enable intergenerational dialogue and the resulting impacts, which are essential for understanding the concept.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El diálogo intergeneracional se caracteriza como un principio estructurador de las relaciones establecidas en una red colaborativa de formación docente en un ambiente virtual de aprendizaje, en el marco de una investigación con profesores en diferentes etapas de su carrera. La investigación se basa en la comprensión de la docencia como un proceso contextualizado y relacional de desarrollo continuo. El estudio, de naturaleza cualitativa, tuvo como fuente de datos, narrativas producidas en la acción en línea de la Rede de Aprendizagem e Desenvolvimento da Docência 2016-24 [Red de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo Docente 2016-24]. Los resultados indican el potencial formativo de las redes colaborativas, destacando los factores que constituyen las condiciones para el establecimiento del diálogo intergeneracional y los efectos que se derivan de él, esenciales para la comprensión del concepto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Le dialogue intergénérationnel se caractérise comme principe structurant des rapports établis dans un réseaux collaboratif de formation enseignante dans un environnement d&#8217;apprentissage virtuel, dans le cadre d&#8217;une recherche avec des enseignants se trouvant dans différentes phases de leur carrière. L&#8217;étude s&#8217;étaie sur la compréhension du professorat comme processus contextualisé et relationnel de développement permanent. La recherche, de nature qualitative, a utilisé, comme sources des données, des rapports produits dans le cadre de l&#8217;action en ligne Rede de Aprendizagem e Desenvolvimento da Docência 2016-24 [Réseau d&#8217;apprentissage et de développement de la profession enseignante 2016-24]. Les résultats signalent le potentiel formatif des réseaux collaboratifs, mettant en évidence les facteurs qui constituent des conditions pour établir le dialogue intergénérationnel et les effects qui en découlent, essentiels à la compréhension d&#8217;une telle conception.]]></p></abstract>
