Tomando como referência a plataforma de reivindicações dos defensores da escola pública, gratuita, leiga e democrática conclui-se que os avanços conquistados são limitados, e concomitantes com a manutenção de alguns privilégios históricos das escolas particulares.]]></p></abstract>

Taking as a reference the platform or those who defend a public, free, universal, laic, and democratic school, it is conclude that the advances were very limited and some historic privileges of private schools were maintained.]]></p></abstract>
