O desfecho da aprovação de um certo projeto de LDB no Congresso Nacional e sua promulgação, sem vetos, pelo Presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso, evidenciou, porém, que no âmbito da educação a vontade política que acabou prevalecendo foi a do governo e de seus aliados conservadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[During the eight years of trajectory of the Nacional Congress, the educational community was amply activity by Forum in Defender of the Public School in the LDB, that met approximately 30 representatives entities of the educational sector. The autcome of the approvation of a LDB project in the Nacional Congress and its promulgation, without vetos, by President Fernando Henrique Cardoso, evidenced, however, that in the ambit of the education the politic will government and his consevators allieds prevailed. So, the aprovation of the educational project governamental represent, according valuation of the National Forum.]]></p></abstract>
