Ele se preocupa particularmente com a educação secundária no sistema educacional. O artigo discute os empréstimos e transferências de modelos de educação secundária entre os países do Norte e do Sul. Por fim, o texto enfatiza a importância de um melhor treinamento dos professores com o objetivo de aperfeiçoar a qualidade da educação secundária.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This text aims to discuss the recent development of secondary schooling on the international level. It points out in particular the place of secondary education in the educational system. Borrowing and transferring models of secondary education between the North and the South will be discussed. Lastly, it stresses the importance of better training of the teachers to improve quality of secondary education.]]></p></abstract>
