<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0102-54732013000300009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0102-54732013000300009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0102-54732013000300009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Este artigo, delineado como uma investigação pautada na pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter descritivo-analítico, busca analisar dados de uma experiência de parceria entre uma universidade e escolas públicas com o objetivo de formar professores que estão em exercício na educação infantil e/ou anos iniciais da educação básica para atuar como formadores de futuros professores, neste caso, estudantes de um curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia na modalidade a distância. Apontou-se nos primeiros resultados da pesquisa os impactos positivos na vida pessoal e profissional dos formadores em exercício na escola, assim como nas aprendizagens profissionais das pesquisadoras da universidade, especialmente pelo fato da iniciativa ter sido desenvolvida na modalidade a distância. Percebeu-se que desafios também foram enfrentados no desenvolvimento da proposta, mas os resultados indicaram que a experiência tem sido extremamente rica e desafiadora, demonstrando ser o trabalho colaborativo e o diálogo elementos centrais para o estabelecimento de parcerias entre a universidade e a escola, bem como a articulação dos profissionais da universidade para desenvolvimento de ações mais contextualizadas e significativas na formação inicial de professores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Cet article, ébauché comme une enquête orientée vers la recherche qualitative, d´un caractère descriptif-analytique, cherche à analyser les données d´une expérience de partenariat entre une université et les écoles publiques (U-E) dans le but de former des professeurs qui sont en exercice dans l´éducation pour enfants et/ou dans les premières années de l´éducation de base afi n d´agir comme formateurs de futurs professeurs - dans ce dernier cas, étudiants d´un cours de Licence en Pédagogie dans la modalité à distance. Les premiers résultats montrent les infl uences positives dans la vie personnelle des formateurs en exercice dans l´école, comme aussi dans les apprentissages professionnels des chercheuses de l´université, spécialement par le fait que l´initiative ait été développée dans la modalité à distance. Des défi s ont été aussi abordés dans le développement de l’expérience, mais les résultats indiquent qu’elle fut extrêmement riche et provocante en démontrant que le travail de collaboration et le dialogue sont des éléments centraux pour l´établissement de partenariats entre l´université et l´école tout aussi que pour l´articulation des professionnels de l´université et le développement d´actions plus contextualisées et significatives dans la formation initiale des professeurs.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The purpose of this article, based on the outcomes of an qualitative research project of a descriptive-analytical nature, is to discuss a partnership between a university and public schools (U-PS) established to prepare practicing K-4 schoolteachers to act as teacher tutors (TTs) of students of an online teacher education program. Preliminary results point to a positive impact on the professional and personal lives of both the participating schoolteachers and the researchers, especially because it was offered at a distance. In spite of the challenges encountered, the experience was very effective and enriching to all those involved and indicated that a successful U-PS partnership is highly dependent on establishing dialogue and collaboration between these agencies and on devising more contextualized and significant teacher education actions and activities.]]></p></abstract>
