<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0102-54732019000100229&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0102-54732019000100229&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0102-54732019000100229&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é descrever e interpretar práticas e representações presentes no cotidiano escolar da rede pública fluminense, com especial atenção aos conflitos entre professores, alunos, direção, funcionários etc. A metodologia utilizada será de feitio qualitativo, a partir de experiência empírica e trabalho de campo, propiciada pelo vínculo do autor como professor da rede estadual de ensino do Rio de Janeiro desde o ano de 2005, lecionando as disciplinas de sociologia e filosofia para o ensino médio na cidade de São Gonçalo (município com mais de um milhão de habitantes, localizado na chamada &#8220;região metropolitana&#8221; do Rio de Janeiro). Neste contexto, &#8220;bater de frente&#8221; é uma atitude e uma ideia que constrói identidades e permite ao etnógrafo entender, focado na escola pública, estes processos de construção e subversão de valores e alteridades que afirmam ou contestam estruturações sociais mais amplas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this article is to describe and to interpret practices and representations of the daily of school life in Rio de Janeiro&#8217;s public system of education, giving special attention to conflicts among teachers, students, administration, staff etc. The methodology used is qualitative, from empirical experience and fieldwork, propitiated by the bond of the author as a teacher of the state&#8217;s system of school of Rio de Janeiro since 2005, teaching the disciplines of sociology and philosophy for high school in the city of São Gonçalo (city with more than one million of inhabitants, located in the &#8220;metropolitan area&#8221; of Rio de Janeiro). In this context, &#8220;bater de frente&#8221; [hit the front] is an attitude and an idea that builds identities and allows the ethnographer to understand, focused on public schools, these processes of construction and subversion of values and alterities that claim or dispute broader social structures.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Resumé L&#8217;objectif de cet article c&#8217;est décrire et interpréter les pratiques et les représentations présentes dans le quotidien scolaire du réseau public fluminense, depuis une attention particulière sur les conflits entre professeurs, élèves, direction, fonctionnaires, etc. La méthodologie utilisée est qualitative, à partir d&#8217;une expérience empirique et un travail de terrain, acquise par l&#8217;expérience de l&#8217;auteur comme professeur du réseau d&#8217;enseignement de l&#8217;état de Rio de Janeiro depuis 2005. L&#8217;auteur enseigne la philosophie et la sociologie au lycée de la ville de São Gonçalo (municipalité de plus d&#8217;un million d&#8217;habitants situé dans la « région métropolitaine » de Rio de Janeiro). Dans ce contexte, « bater de frente» [faire face] est une attitude et une idée qui construit des identités qui permettent à l&#8217;ethnographe de comprendre, sur l&#8217;école publique, ces processus de construction et subversion de valeurs et altérités qui conforment ou contestent des structures sociales plus élargies.]]></p></abstract>
