Os dados empíricos foram construídos por meio de participação e observação nas aulas de dois componentes curriculares do curso de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal do RN no segundo semestre do ano letivo de 2020. As análises apontam dificuldades na construção efetiva do diálogo e, portanto, na elaboração coletiva do conhecimento em uma perspectiva dialógica devido à perda de elementos visuais e extraverbais da enunciação, e os limites nas tomadas de turno da fala e impossibilidade de falas simultâneas. Além disso, há a dificuldade dos discentes em manter-se no diálogo por causa da necessidade de uso de tecnologias. Em contrapartida, a disponibilidade de ferramentas online surge como possibilidade de potencialização do diálogo no universo digital.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In this paper, in interlocution with Bakhtin&#8217;s (1997, 2006) and Paulo Freire&#8217;s (1967, 1992, 2013) ideas we analyze the dialogic processes mediated by digital technology in remote synchronous classes in higher education. The empirical data were constructed through participation and observation in the classes of two curricular components of the Graduate Course in Education of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte in the second semester of the 2020 academic year. The analyses point out difficulties in the effective construction of the dialogue, thus, in the collective elaboration of knowledge from a dialogical perspective due to the loss of visual and extra-verbal elements of enunciation, and the limits in taking turns of speech, and the impossibility of simultaneous speech. In addition, there is the difficulty for students to maintain a dialogue because of the need to use technologies. In contrast, the availability of online tools emerges as a possibility to strengthen the dialogue in the digital universe.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En este artículo, en interlocución con las ideas de Bakhtin (1997, 2006) y de Paulo Freire (1967, 1992, 2013), analizamos procesos dialógicos en clases sincrónicas mediados por recursos de tecnología digital en la enseñanza superior. Los datos empíricos fueron construidos por medio de la participación y observación en clases de dos componentes curriculares del curso de Postgrado en Educación de la Universidad Federal do Rio Grande do Norte en el segundo semestre del año académico de 2020. Los análisis señalan dificultades en la construcción efectiva del diálogo y, por lo tanto, en la elaboración colectiva del conocimiento en una perspectiva dialógica debido a la pérdida de elementos visuales y extraverbales de la enunciación, y los límites en la toma de turnos de palabra y la imposibilidad de discursos simultáneos. Además, existe la dificultad de los estudiantes en mantenerse en el diálogo por causa de la necesidad del uso de tecnologías. En contrapartida, la disponibilidad de herramientas online surge como una posibilidad de potencializar el diálogo en el universo digital.]]></p></abstract>
