As m&#233;tricas foram produzidas a partir de survey realizado em sete estados do pa&#237;s, que favorecem uma vis&#227;o ampla sobre situa&#231;&#245;es dotadas de subjetividade vivenciadas pelos professores nos estabelecimentos de ensino. Os indicadores compreendem a autonomia dos docentes ao desenvolverem suas atividades de ensino, a realiza&#231;&#227;o de atividades com a participa&#231;&#227;o de seus pares, a adequa&#231;&#227;o do ambiente em que se encontram submetidos e at&#233; mesmo a prepara&#231;&#227;o profissional para o in&#237;cio da carreira. A an&#225;lise conjunta desses indicadores atesta empiricamente se a trama de relacionamentos entre eles, estabelecida a partir de conhecimento pr&#233;vio sobre a tem&#225;tica, retrata a realidade pesquisada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El art&#237;culo describe indicadores desarrollados para representar aspectos del trabajo docente en la educaci&#243;n b&#225;sica y analiza las m&#250;ltiples asociaciones de conceptos que permiten comprender el contexto de los profesionales en las escuelas. Las m&#233;tricas se produjeron a partir de survey realizada en siete estados del pa&#237;s, que favorecen una amplia visi&#243;n sobre situaciones dotadas de subjetividad vivenciadas por los profesores en los establecimientos de ense&#241;anza. Los indicadores abarcan la autonom&#237;a de los docentes al desarrollar sus actividades de ense&#241;anza, la realizaci&#243;n de actividades con la participaci&#243;n de sus pares, la adecuaci&#243;n del ambiente al cual son sometidos e incluso la preparaci&#243;n profesional para el inicio de la carrera. El an&#225;lisis conjunto de tales indicadores comprueba emp&#237;ricamente si la trama de relaciones entre ellos, establecida a partir de conocimiento previo sobre la tem&#225;tica, retrata la realidad investigada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article describes indicators developed to represent aspects of teachers' work in basic education and analyzes the multiple associations of concepts, in order to understand teachers in the school context. The metrics were developed based on a survey conducted in seven states of the country, conducive to a broad vision of teachers' subjective experiences in schools. These indicators include: autonomy of teachers to develop their teaching activities; performance of activities with the participation of their peers; suitability of the environment in which they work; also, professional preparation to begin their careers. Joint analysis of these indicators confirms empirically that the web of relationships, established from prior knowledge of the subject, depicts the reality studied.]]></p></abstract>
