Caracterizado como uma pesquisa-ação, apresentou um viés quanti-qualitativo. Utilizaram-se questionários para coleta de dados, interpretados por meio da análise de conteúdo. Concluiu-se que a tutoria contribui para superação e/ou amenização das dificuldades elementares referentes à disciplina de CDI I, além de promover a ambien- talização dos tutores com recursos tecnológicos mediadores, preparando-os para o retorno do calendário letivo remotamente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo evaluar la tutoría, implementada de forma remota debido a la pandemia del covid-19, como herramienta didáctica de enseñanza y aprendizaje para superar y/o mitigar las dificultades elementales de los estudiantes en el componente curricular de cálculo diferencial e integral I (CDI I) de una institución pública de educación superior. Caracterizada como una investigación-acción, presentó un sesgo cuanti-cualitativo. Se utilizaron cuestionarios para recoger datos, que se interpretaron por medio de un análisis de contenido. Se concluyó que la tutoría contribuye a superar y/o aliviar las dificultades elementales relacionadas con la disciplina del CDI I, además de promover la ambientalización de los tutores con recursos tecnológicos mediadores, preparándolos para el retorno del calendario lectivo a distancia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present study aimed to evaluate tutoring, implemented remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as a teaching and learning tool for overcoming and/or alleviating students&#8217; fundamental difficulties in the curricular component of integral and differential calculus I (IDC I), at a public institution of higher education. This study has a quantitative and qualitative bias, and is characterized as action research. Questionnaires were used for data collection, interpreted through content analysis. It can be concluded that tutoring contributes to overcoming and/or easing the fundamental difficulties related to IDC I, in addition to promoting the acclimation of the tutors to the technological mediating resources, preparing them for the return to the academic calendar, remotely.]]></p></abstract>
