Ao avaliar a tramitação do Sistema Nacional de Educação no Congresso Nacional e a elaboração do Plano Nacional de Educação para o próximo decênio, este ensaio propõe que as dimensões da justiça curricular, em articulação com as dimensões da justiça social, sejam consideradas como conceitos analíticos para a redução das desigualdades por priorizar o reconhecimento das diferenças, a garantia de condições educativas essenciais e a participação social na formulação de políticas curriculares.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Ante la evaluación del Plano Nacional de Educação [Plan Nacional de Educación] (2014-2024) y del incumplimiento del art. 13, se argumenta que, sin la regulación del régimen de colaboración, difícilmente serán vislumbrados horizontes para la proposición de políticas curriculares democráticas, contrariamente a la Base Nacional Comum Curricular [Base Nacional Curricular Común]. Al evaluar el proceso del Sistema Nacional de Educação [Sistema Nacional de Educación] en el Congreso Nacional y la elaboración del Plano Nacional de Educação para la próxima década, este ensayo propone que las dimensiones de la justicia curricular, en conjunto con las dimensiones de la justicia social, sean consideradas como conceptos analíticos para la reducción de las desigualdades por priorizar el reconocimiento de las diferencias, la garantía de condiciones educativas esenciales y la participación social en la formulación de políticas curriculares.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In view of the evaluation of the Plano Nacional de Educação [National Education Plan] (2014-2024) and the non-compliance with art. 13, this essay argues that, without the regulation of the collaboration regime, it will be difficult to envision horizons for proposing democratic curricular policies, which go against the Base Nacional Comum Curricular [Common National Curriculum Base]. By evaluating the conduct of the Sistema Nacional de Educação [National Education System] in Congress and the drafting of the Plano Nacional de Educação for the next decade, this essay proposes that the dimensions of curricular justice, along with the dimensions of social justice, be considered as analytical concepts for reducing inequalities by prioritizing the recognition of differences, the guarantee of essential educational conditions and social participation in the formulation of curricular policies.]]></p></abstract>
