Utilizou-se a Análise Fatorial Confirmatória para especificar um modelo hierárquico composto de seis fatores de primeira ordem, explicados por um fator de segunda ordem, denominado Indicador de Espaços Físicos nas Escolas, responsável por sintetizar os ambientes pedagógicos e os recursos de acessibilidade. Os resultados indicaram um ajuste adequado do modelo e evidenciaram disparidades relevantes conforme região geográfica, localização e dependência administrativa das escolas, ressaltando o papel central da infraestrutura na promoção da equidade e na melhoria da qualidade educacional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este estudio presenta el desarrollo de indicadores de infraestructura escolar basados &#8203;&#8203;en los microdatos del Censo Escolar de 2023, abarcando escuelas públicas de primaria y secundaria a nivel nacional. Se utilizó el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio para especificar un modelo jerárquico compuesto por seis factores de primer orden, explicados por un factor de segundo orden, denominado Indicador de Espacios Físicos en las Escuelas, responsable de sintetizar los entornos pedagógicos y los recursos de accesibilidad. Los resultados indicaron un ajuste adecuado del modelo y evidenciaron disparidades significativas según la región geográfica, la ubicación y la dependencia administrativa de las escuelas, destacando el papel central de la infraestructura en la promoción de la equidad y en la mejora de la calidad educativa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study presents the development of school infrastructure indicators based on microdata from the 2023 School Census, covering public elementary and secondary schools across the country. Confirmatory Factor Analysis was used to define a hierarchical model composed of six first-order latent factors, explained by a second-order factor, referred to as the School Physical Spaces Indicator. This model summarizes the presence of physical spaces and accessibility resources in educational units. The model showed satisfactory fit, and the results indicate significant disparities related to variables such as geographic region, location, and administrative dependency, underscoring the importance of adequate physical infrastructure in schools, as it constitutes an essential aspect for promoting educational equity and quality.]]></p></abstract>
