Da investigação produzida sobre os processos formativos, os resultados obtidos e as percepções dos intervenientes se dá conta no dossiê temático que integra este número da revista. Neste artigo situa-se a globalidade e contexto do Programa, a lógica que articula os diferentes artigos e o seu enquadramento no campo teórico da indução, da supervisão e do desenvolvimento profissional dos docentes]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[University of Aveiro and the Ministry of Education established a partnership in 2009-2010 in order to have a group of researches supporting, evaluating and investigating the first year of implementation of the Probation Period, required in Portugal to get a permanent teaching position (PSAAPPP). In this paper results of the research developed are presented focusing the formative strategy that was implemented, the perceived outcomes and processes, and the perceptions of the participants. Thus paper the whole Program is presented, articulating the objectives of each article within this thematic folder, and establishing its coherence with the theoretical field of supervision, professional development and induction.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En el año escolar 2009-2010, la Universidad de Aveiro y el Ministerio de Educación de Portugal establecieron un convenio para que un equipo de investigadores coordinado por la Universidad supervisara, acompañara e investigara la primera experiencia anual probatoria, dispositivo necesario para ingresar a la carrera docente en Portugal - originándose así el Programa de Supervisión, Apoyo y Acompañamiento del Período Probatorio de Profesores (PSAAPPP). En el informe temático que integra este número de la revista se presenta la investigación producida sobre los procesos formativos, los resultados obtenidos y las percepciones de los participantes.
